Correct before they realized she was a doggie door user who snuck into Travis' home and sliced his tires and his gf's tires. Once the Hughes realized she was a bunny boiler their opinions of Jodi drastically changed, and with good reason.

I know I get overly emotional about this case, but still I don't think an expert on the stand should be participating in this kind of charade, i.e. The Travis and T-Dog word game. Just to clarify, that's not what I said. Sometimes you have to weigh the risk and benefit of a particular witness. Chris and Sky had a "run-in" with Nurmi in a pre-trial hearing in which he was accused of feeding the state information (IIRC, it was something like that). Who knows, maybe he'll bite the bullet and call him anyway. But I didn't see his or her name on the state witness list so I thought he wasn't going to this time again.

IIRC, this was when Lawrence Kirk claimed TA was a proven pedophile, thereby baiting the trap he'd set for them.
