I know I get overly emotional about this case, but still I don't think an expert on the stand should be participating in this kind of charade, i.e. The Travis and T-Dog word game. Not only unnecessarily demeaning to the victim, but so very unprofessional. No better than AVL, just sneakier! Roll on, Juan!

It's hideous. She doesn't know any of these people. She's concocting a story based on what the defense has provided and wants her to say. I'm going to post this image one last time...

Just which jury demographic does KN hope to connect with here? :thinking:

Not sure this is a younger jury and with the last jury makeup this line of questioning did not bode well with the women on the jury. This jury is mostly made of young women. I have a feeling that this is going to backfire. Many of the tweets are saying the jurors are looking annoyed and bored.

I do believe that if Nurmi had gone with this defense instead of the stupid self defense crap that the criminal jury foreman would not have convicted her of first degree murder. He would have fallen hook line and sinker for this BS.
