I think I figured it out. It is Drama Queen Defense, he said- she said, he meant- she meant, I think-they think, we think-you think. In an age of Sensationalism and Scandal this sentencing hearing is full of drama. I will not buy into it. I am so tired of people like Jodi and her "camp" placing blame and responsibility on "other stuff" or "other people" for their actions. Again, she Premeditated the murder of Travis Alexander, followed through with her plan and was, sadly, successful. She is a cold blooded murderer. That is all.

Nurmi is trying to paint TA as this cruel Jekyl and Hyde monster. This dawg that 'pulled' chicks and abused them by ignoring them in public. But he also took them camping w/friends and out on Hot Air balloons. But he was cold and cruel and said to friends that he loved her, but he was so abusive. So abusive that a 12 yr old once noticed that he was angrier than she thought he should have been on the camping trip. YAWN.
I have to think that all of the men on the jury are UNDERWHELMED by this characterization of TA's 'faults.' So he had a steady gf but he took an ex camping with friends? wow. How common is that? Certainly nothing that deserves a shot in the head and a neck slashing.
And the women---I bet every one of them has had WORSE 'abuse' than what has been described as Travis's horrid behavior. He had a sexual relationship for months, but didn't want to commit to her and still loved his ex. And he had a temper. And he used her for sex whenever she willingly offered it up. AND? I am sure many of the women have had similar experiences if not much worse experiences with past loves.

Is this witness going to giver her opinion on every witness from trial 1?
Yah. Well I'd be pizzy with any friend who loaded up her backpack with cosmetics for a hiking trip and expected me to carry it for her. And who stomped away when another friend tried to help because she was holding everyone up.
