If Lisa was quite a bit younger, her inexperience with men probably was the big issue here...especially with the Mormon thing added to the mix. You could also look at it as he was overly attentive, thought she was beautiful and wanted to be with her and experience everything about her. Maybe even he thought she was sexually attractive and wanted to help with her self esteem. Build her up with compliments and confidence.

Lisa testified that she was young and immature when she wrote this and that, in hindsight, it was unfair to Travis. She was young and Mormon and didn't understand sex very well. As someone else pointed out, she didn't know that men couldn't control their erections. Hopefully, Juan gets to play the cross examination.

They don't even have to be thinking about anything sexual for one to pop up! That's what I've been told, anyways. If she was that sheltered and innocent, I can understand her becoming overwhelmed at his attempts to get her to do sexual things. A guy will take a chance and see what he can make happen with a woman. Of course, she has the right to to tell him to back off. If I remember correctly, back off he did.

FGS---she talks like a kindergarten teacher. So he took Jodi camping while he was also dating Lisa. Looks like Lisa was not that into him anyway. So BFD. That is what 'DATING ' is like in your 20's. You multi-task. Not that big of a deal.

I know some will throw tomatoes---but imo, her age is showing a bit. She seems kind of judgmental over normal dating stuff. JMO and I am in my 60's, so I ain't throwing stones. Just saying.....
