Revisit Photo of Caylee Crying in Red Shirt - was it the last ever taken?

Casey's ex BF had a "Win her over with chloroform" picture downloaded on his computer & on his myspace for a while - LE seized his computer AND Casey's deense is VERY hot to trot to obtain all information re: the search of his computer. You can go look at the criminal case info to see this motion.
Also, if you do a search here at WS for chloroform, you'll find that Casey (or another Anthony family member) had been searching this chemical on the computer.

I know about the Pic & the computer searches I just dont see how that could be conected to a "Darker Side of Entertainment" such as a Sex Act as LP suggested.

What I'm saying is that I know about the Chloroform in the trunk & the Computer searches but I don't see the connection they have to "Sex"

So how did LP & other WS members see the Video if Jose Baez hasn't?

I think Themis is referring to the "bad photographs" that LE found on Casey's computer (which they even discussed with Geroge when questioning him, etc., etc.) There are several threads here at WS that show a girl bearing a strong resemblance to Casey (I can't remember myself if it was ever determined to be Casey - but they were doing blow up shots of the brow and hair lines,) and who was clearly giving a guy a blow!@b.
Though it is very common for 22 year olds to go to parties and nightclubs, it doesn't mean that they are not involved with prostitution or pornography. My point being that one just cannot tell from this piece of information alone.
Finally, if Casey were involved with prostitution or pornography, I would not expect anyone to come forward "to confirm it" as you've written it if it's a ring that intends to still remain in business. In fact, it's these rings that would never open their mouths.

I have no idea if what WS members saw is the same as what the FBI purportedly has. I haven't seen either.
As for why JBaez hasn't seen something - well, you don't really want me to answer that, do you?

I don't think the majority of people necessarily would, and I'm not being ugly. I guess some of us are, er, a little more jaded because we've worked on matters involving issues such as these and, therefore, we pick up on the similarities we see.

It is true that a lot of people who are involved in prostitution have the ability to remain disconnected, as does Casey.

I think the reason posters here at WS question whether Casey might be involved in prostitution/pornography is that if she killed er child, as many believe she did, then it's not that big a leap to work backwards in the FL criminal code: if she'll commit murder, why not sex for money?

I'm familiar with the photo your refering to & if that was in fact Casey then it was most likely a "Sexting" photo which is very common among young people these days.

The point of Pornography is to publish those photos so the Company producing them can make money. The photos would be everywhere.

One photo of Casey, taken on a cell phone camera does not mean that she was involved with Pornography.

I respectfully disagree with you on this one Boston. There are, unfortunately, a lot of cases where the sexual perp uses duct tape to silence the victim.

I don't know of any statistics have been compiled that we could look at to say it's more common in murders vs. more common in sexual crimes. If anyone has a reference for a study/comparison of these statistics, that would be good to discuss.

I don't think Casey working as a prostitue is such a stretch at all. In fact at the begining of this case I entertained the Idea myself. I just don't see any evidence to support it.

If Casey was a Prostitue she wasn'r a common street walker she was an escort. She's an attractive woman & she would have been very busy & paid very well. escorts do very well for themselves. They make thousands a week.

Where is the money? Why does she need to steal from amy & her mother. Why is she buying her clothes at target?

And most of all I think somebody would have come forward with this info by now.

7) There is no evidence that I know of that Casey was at a Motel on June 15th other than a statement by LP & an unsubstantiated tip.

8) LP has a very long history of making statements that are simply not true & there were 1,000's of unsubstantiated "Tips".

9) If Casey was in a Motel on June 15th and LE did retrieve this alleged "Video" of her then where is the evidence of it? Where is the Subpoena for the Video or the warrant to search the Motel or the statements from the Motel Clerk & why hasn't any of this been turned over to the defense which would be in accordance with FLA law?

I'm trying to keep an open mind here, but I have to agree with Boston. I skipped over about seven pages of this thread because it's all unsubstantiated rumors.

Are we taking everything Leonard P. said as gospel now? I don't really understand why we need his rather vague rumors when we have real evidence. He seems to have told Nancy Grace what she wanted to hear so he could go on her show several times.

Without a date stamp on that dreadful picture, this seems to be all speculation. While it's horrible that anyone would take a picture of a child in distress that way, it proves nothing. Children can get upset over dropping a piece of candy or having to brush their teeth.

If you find out when that picture was really taken, let us know.

I knew we'd find something to agree on. I agree that she could have been an escort, which is why, if you see the above snipped portion of another post of mine this evening, I would not expect someone to come forward.

One thing you do ask is something I'm also asking: where's the money? Is Casey as bad a money manager as her father George? I don't know.

But....If you pick up any newspaper today you will see that "Sexting" has become rampant in this country among young teens & Just because there is a photo that may or may not be Casey I would not say that she is involved with Pornography

We did not in those earlier days threads, and if you actually go to those threads now, as I did, the graphics are unavailable. I think a poster had put something in that was too large graphicswise for the margins of the WS pages and the photos were deleted.

As far as when, I'm hoping that some of our computer forensics gurus might be able to help. According to scared monkeys, this photo was taken directly from Casey's photobucket - so that's about all I know re: its origin.

This picture is still available in the rash thread, it wasn;t removed and it is still blowing the margins.lol
