Please forgive me, though I have been reading the thread, but my blonde has kicked in.

This Bill guy was originally from MI and ended up in FL?? Bill was dating Chad's sister at the time she was killed in the car wreck?? It was his car? where was he when he allowed her to drive it drunk? Now he is shacked up with their mother?? He was with Chad and Chad's friend Amy at a bar during SB? Chad went missing in Amy's car that was found abandoned on 441?

His father and I are both feeling something bad has happened and feel like we are looking for his body at this point.

As much as I hate it he was close to Bill. I think bill may know more than hes letting on too.

Does Chad share the families opinion that Bill is at least somewhat responsible for the sister's death (you mentioned he let her drive)?

If Chad had been drinking since he got off work is it possible he and Bill had words about that? Wouldn't be the first drunken brawl that ends with an unintended outcome.

Just thinking of the simplest answer, which is frequently the truth.

I am new but long time reader and I have been biting at the bit to ask some questions.

You said that Chad was still wearing his work clothes. Our local Longhorn, (polk county, fl) workers wear black T-shirt, Black pants, black shoes, and a black ball cap. Do you know if that is the uniform that Chad would have been wearing?

Media reported that Chad called and said the car broke down but when she got to the Walmart area Chad and car were not there and she later found the car in Sumter County. Is that true?

Media reported that somebody named Ryan claimed to have received a phone call from Chad on the 3rd. Do you know if that is true and if so do you know who Ryan is?

Media reported that Chad went to Interlachan High, is that true and is so how long did he actually live in that area? I know you said he was in St Pete prior to his arrest but I would think that if he went to school in Putnam county he may still have friends there.

WOW...I so did not like seeing that description of the work clothes after reading what Haleigh's little brother had said about the "man in black"

I really don't think that Chad had anything to do with this, however. There would just be too much coincidence in his disappearance and somehow him randomly knowing about where this child lived or how she was/wasn't being taken care of by MC. The facts---whatever those might accurately be--just point to someone who either knew the Cummings family or at least was able to watch them for some time.

Hello mmanley16. Welcome here to WS. I am feelin what your feelin on this. Somethings not right...I do hope there will be resolve in this case. Reading what you wrote and seeing the myspace pictures...I am seriously thinking this Bill, knows more than he's saying. Pretty scary to think Chads mother is living with someone who potentially may have something to do with her own sons disappearence. imo. Youre our kind of sleuther.

This fellow Bill would seem to be "in it" up to his elbows, so I believe mmanley is on the right track sussing him. Just my opinion, mind you.

That seems to be a different myspace page than the one I found and had since been removed. Last log in was 2-1 and, I believe, Devin had posted 'where are you, Chad?" also there was someone that had his missing poster as their picture. Totally different layout, too

This is the cached page, from January 29th.
He changed his photo that night, and added a couple of new friends.
It is the same account. I posted these early in the case. He had added a new young boy in NC as a friend that night and disappeared shortly afterwards which concerned me.
