I live in MA and work in RI. This is the first place I have seen anything about sexual molestation! Been reading newspaper articles on-line and snippets in the news if I have time to watch it. Unbelieveable.

The punishment for 2nd degree murder in Rhode Island is 10 years and 20 years to life. I'm hoping for the aggravated murder sentence of life.


Every person guilty of murder in the second degree shall be imprisoned for not less than ten (10) years and may be imprisoned for life.
