I don't think that last picture is the one they mean. It's not enhanced at all. A previous picture showing his close set eyes and narrow nose is a lot better.

Maybe they intend people to concentrate on his attire, stance, posture (when it's natural to look at the face for enhanced photo)?

if you're talking about the hallway/stairwell picture, i'm not sure what people are calling his eyes aren't his eyebrows.

Seems to me that the videos and previous photos already show his stocky body type, postures, and clothing.
Maybe they will show the enhanced picture they mean at the PC at 5 pm.

I disagree. I would have liked a clearer picture etc too. But they can only do what they can do with what they have. Imo. I’m grateful to have a better close up picture. Let’s not shoot the messenger shall we?!

One thing I can gather from this new photo is that he really does have a large round belly. The bag is clearly not under his clothing in the first photo because he still has the same shape in the new photo and the bag is on the outside of his clothing with the belly still visible. I do believe he picked that bag up somewhere along his walk.

Yes I find the man in the photo to be paunchy as well. The silhouette of the jacket front seems perfectly round to me so I lean towards the belly doing that.

Look how the new photo has the hat way up on his head and the mask seems smaller. The older photo released barely shows the guys eyes peak out and this new one is well I don't know what it is. Is that a huge wide forehead or ?

Someone who knows him should have a feeling of recognizing him. If you can get someone to recognize the jacket (along with the overweight stomach), that would be a start. I think that if it were my husband in a blurry photo, I would recognize him from the jacket and the build. BTW - To me, he looks much older than college age.

They need to find the person at 2:46 in the video. POI turned tail and ran the second he saw that person. Didn't do that with the other person earlier in the video.

One shooting victim still in critical condition, two others discharged from hospital, chief medical officer says​

One shooting victim remains in critical condition, two have been discharged from the hospital and the six others injured in Saturday’s shooting are in various stable conditions, said Dr. G. Dean Roye, senior vice president for medical affairs and chief medical officer for Rhode Island Hospital.

Five of the six stable patients are in critical but stable condition, meaning their vital signs remain stable but they still require presence in an ICU, Roye said during a Tuesday news conference.

The sixth patient is in stable condition, he said.

At 2m35s into the clip (which I've downloaded, just in case) there's a segment with the suspect apparently being followed by someone. The preceding screen says "1416: Video from 110 Benevolent shows POI walking north on Cooke. POI abruptly turns west down George. Second individual follows."
