The Coast Guard says cellphone information shows another man, Joshua Kane Cairone, also was on the boat Wednesday along with a dog named Louis.

Their last verified location was 12 nautical miles south of Newport, R.I.

Hubby says found 100 mi offshore....off Hatteras out of cellphone range.
Not official, but being posted on USCG FB page

Thank you! Glad they were found safe. My husband is a boater so I worry about them all out there.
