Williams was described as standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, and having black hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray coat, blue sweat pants, and black tennis shoes.

Robert Williams Jr., 16, who goes by RJ, was last seen just before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at a McDonald's in the 1100 block of Broad Ripple Avenue.

He has a mild intellectual disability and has the "mentality of a 10 or 11 year old," according to a missing persons flyer. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, blue pants and black sneakers.
Search continues for teen who 'wouldn't understand how to run away'
Over the weekend, IMPD, Indianapolis Fire Department, and the Department of Natural Resources conducted extensive ground, drone, sonar, and water searches but found no additional evidence.

"I'm praying that he is not found in the water and that he's still out here somewhere and we just need to find him and bring him home," a family member said. "We're still giving out flyers to people, asking people to post it on their social media."
