Rochelle was last seen in Baltimore, Maryland on March 6, 2009. She spoke to her mother on her cell phone at 10:00 pm and said she the subway and bus to Eastpoint Mall. She said she was shopping and would be home soon. She later called a female friend and said she was with a "white friend", whom authorities believe to be a man in his 30s. After that, calls to Rochelle's phone went to voicemail, and then her phone was turned off.
There is no evidence of foul play, but it is not believed that Rochelle left of her own accord.
