The number listed on the recent report for misty is a landline based in Jacksonville North Carolina.

............Report also says incident completely cleared.

I hope that means that LE cleared CJ of wrong doing and the other party's report was referred over?

Also, did you notice the address on Misty's incident report? Who's address is that?
I still don't understand why LE wrote on the report, Alleged Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Without the Intent to Kill”



From what CJ said on the 911 call Ron threated CJ with a gun and tries to run him off the road. Why the police report states “Incident Report: Alleged Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Without the Intent to Kill”
How is that so? If someone threatens you with a gun, is that not an intent to kill?

CJ doesn't get anything out of it, but you can bet that Ron needed an alibi and we know how well Misty lies due to ole Ron's ratgate experiment with Misty, they both blow smoke so much it probally looks like Putnam County is on fire when they open their mouth ...

Seems ALL the women in Ron's life rush in to provide alibis and make excuses for him... Stoooopid stoooopid women ALL of them...JMO

I don't have the actual times of the calls, but TJ wrote this:

The first audio recording is Misty Croslin Cummings making the first call claiming Charles Jones is trying to run her and Ronald off the road. Misty declines to give her name and informs the dispatcher that there are two children in Ronald's vehicle.

The second call is from Charles Jones. He tells PSCO a very different story and claims Ronald Cummings has a gun.

Thanks atherella, I am going to go back to the scanner calls. Good catch...maybe they came in back to back? I also would like to know if LE saw what was going on. CJ also states he passed a squad car while he was speeding and didn't want to get a ticket. Hopefully there are some witnesses that will come forward on this incident.

Allright I listened to both 911 calls. WTH is wrong with everyone. I will believe CJ calls over Misty's by far, she did not even want to leave her name, whatever.
What CJ was explaing is pretty much Ron's MO from what I have gathered over the months. Sounds like they all need a good knee turning with a belt, right on their behind...lol
Sounds to me like Ron and Misty are getting along pretty well dontcha think...

I am sorry but these two aggravate me and LE needs to do something, I can not for the life of me understand why they have not been held accountable for all this carp they get themselves into. Is LE working on something bigger here ? Bigger then the disappearence of Haleigh ? Sure leaves me scratching my head ...jmo

Just theories here...
It would be possible that if in fact Misty and two children were in the car maybe they were hiding/sitting low so that CJ could not see them. Maybe Ron didn't want them to be seen. Maybe Ron had a gun and told Misty and the kids, get down.

As for why CJ didn't get away, well from the way it sounded in the 911 call he did try and took a turn somewhere to turn around but Ron was behind him again. I guess that is how Misty got CJ's license plate number...so to me Ron must of been the one behind CJ. The 911 operator was telling CJ what to do while he was on the phone waiting to find an officer as well. You can also hear "A" loud truck advancing at a high rate of speed several times during that 911 call by CJ.

As for Ron forcing CJ's car off the road that does not mean there would be damage to either cars, they may know how to handle their cars pretty good.
Maybe there are tire marks on the interstate and around the area that the car was forced off. To bad I don't live in the area I would go take a look..
So, I assume LE has-or I hope LE took pictures of the area of the incident. Soon that will be known if so.
As for who called 911 first, not sure...did it say who called first- call times? I missed that.
I just hope who ever is responsible for the incident pays, this is not a game and having someone threated to shoot you is no game either regardless.
And having children in the car, that is just reckless and should be noted if true they were in the car. Someone should pay for putting those children's lives in danger as well.

For what ever reason LE sent the report to the prosecutors office with Ron being the one at fault. Did they send anything on CJ besides the phone calls? IF so I missed it.
Again, all very good questions and I have many more and I hope LE/ TJ can get some answers next week.

So, TJ was sitting around twiddling his thumbs on NYE. JMO but if he wants to keep his job, he had bigger and better storied to be dealing with.

She's calling to report a supposed crime that could possibly leave her, RC and two children injured but doesn't want to tell them who she is? DEFINITELY says a lot! Did she think if she called in and reported this, LE would just go arrest CJ, no questions asked?

I'm still curious why CJ would have said there wasn't anyone else in the car. Yes, maybe RC told them all to get down, but he doesn't really seem to be overly concerned with anyone elses well-being.

It is perplexing YS, but the more I think about the part of your post I bolded..the more convinced I'm becoming that Ron wasn't worried about anyones well being other than his own, therefore didn't want CJ to know or be able to report that Misty or anyone else was with him. JMO tho..

I could understand that, BUT how is she supposed to summon for help and stay anonomous? She couldn't possibly expect to file a report against CJ without having to give her name. Unless, like I said before, she thought LE would just go arrest CJ without asking any questions.
