Ron and Misty Have Brushes With The Law 12/30/09

Well, gosh darn it, here we are with another one of those amazing stories of coincidence that seem to continually plague the tranquil lives of Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin.

According to the latest PCSO report on the escapades of these two, Ron had to go to Buffalo Bluff to pick up Misty so she could get the last of her belongings from GGM’s residence and presumably end their love story:

Ronald stated he was picking up Misty from Buffalo Bluff to get the rest of her belongings from his house.

After picking Misty up at Buffalo Bluff (A) instead of turning onto 309 in Satsuma (D) for a direct shot to Welaka (B), they somehow decide to continue south on Hwy 17 all the way down to Pomona Park and turn onto 308B (C) to continue to GGM’s house.

This is where, ONCE AGAIN, their tranquil lives are unjustly interrupted by the dastardly actions of others. As their drive continues on 308B, SITTING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY IS A PARKED CAR!

Ronald advised he was traveling down 308B when he came across a car parked in the middle of the road.

In a coincidence for the ages, Misty’s apparent latest companion, CJ, WAS DRIVING THE CAR! What would Vegas set the odds for THAT happening?

Wait, the plot gets even thicker. After undoubtedly turning on his turn signal and passing the car, the car goes from a dead still stop in the middle of the road and starts chasing Ron’s truck and trying to run them off the road.....FROM BEHIND no less!

....as soon as he went by Charles pursued him attempting to run him off the road.

Good thing for this guy that Ron is such a responsible gun owner and keeps his gun inside of a locked cabinet at home:

Ronald said he kept the gun in a gun cabinet inside the house. Ronald then supplied the location to the firearm and access to it. Ronald stated the gun is always secured inside the gun cabinet in the house and he did not have it during the incident.

If Ron had the gun with him, he might have been tempted to say something rather abrupt to his tormentor:

Ronald parked in the middle of the road and stuck a gun out the window and said "I will kill you m*****r f****r".

I realize some are tempted to think Ron could have had time to lock the gun up before LE got to GGM’s house, but remember this is Ronald Cummings we’re talking about. ONCE AGAIN his old reliable alibi provider, Misty, has provided proof positive of his innocence:

Misty stated Ronald did not have a gun during the incident and she never saw one.

What if this incident was just more mind games played on Ron, like the fake pregnancy test and calling him from WBG's. She could be calling Ron for help and pitting CJ and Ron against each other.

Could be I suppose, but the coordination required to pull this off would define Misty as a game player par excellence. How did she:

A. Trick Ronald into going all the way down to Pomona Park to turn on 308B?

and simultaneously

B. Trick CJ into parking his car in the middle of the highway to wait on them to get there?

.The ones that I really feel for are the little kids. We miss them here. We have done our personal efforts and have not been able to find anything. IMO Misty is holding the key. Somehow she should be taken in on an obstruction charge or lying to LE.. Let her be grilled by the FBI.. If she lies to them that gets her 3 to 10 in a Feeral prison for sure..

Cj is one of the few who appears crazy enough to not let Ron bother him. That is what it is going to take as rc sure likes to intimidate people. That keeps them away from him which is just the way he likes it.

I also suspect r & m have never stopped seeing each other...hitched at the hip those two. I wonder if they will go down like Bonnie and Clyde...

Thank You for this information Player. This sheds some light on a couple of different aspects of this most recent “crime du jour” involving RC and MC.

Apparently these two have been spending time together and this incident seems less likely to have been an innocent accidental happenstance containing coincidences of almost mind boggling proportion.

Is it more reasonable to believe that this was a singular visit where RC picked MC up for the expressed reason of getting the rest of her belongings from GGM’s as he told the PCSO - OR - Is it more likely to be a purposeful “voyage of discovery” to locate a rival and deliver yet another one of RC’s sublime messages along the lines of a dead rat in a mailbox?

With Player’s post we also may now know the reason for the seemingly odd route for a trip to Welaka to be by way of Pomona Park. RC has been driving his distinctively lettered GMC truck. It is my understanding that on the night of the incident, LE was looking for a white 1985 Dodge single cab truck as one of the vehicles being involved.

Under the carport at a listed residence for Teresa Neves in POMONA PARK.

It seems as if the trip may have been better served by a more nondescript vehicle rather than one with the distinctive lettering of "Only God Can Judge Me" in the rear window, thus the necessary detour to Pomona Park for the vehicle exchange.

Also it sounded like the truck was running and Misty had it as of the divorce.

According the news article, TN is living in Welatka now as matt saffer did the Christmas Piece from there. She had the massive tree and an excuse for Ron not hanging around after he opened his presents and ate. He had to go talk to Haleigh..ALONE!

I will try to verify if TN is living in Welatka now. If so, then who, NOW, is living on Rita Lane?I know many of the Cummings have lived there over the years...but they don't own it or do they? Some crazy transaction going on with that place. I don't think it belongs to them as each home out there is owned by the same individual but it doesn not include 105, which has no parcel....go figure. This same landlord also owns property on Beecher Springs which was right next door to AS....Coincidence, I think not!

IMO, some kind of transaction is/has occured between the owner and the Sykes to use this place. It could be used for storage for now. Sykes was registered as living there in 2008..so was Crystal, Ron's sister. TN was not ever assigned as living there till recently...er...after the case broke. It is only 12 ft wide.

Ummm. If Misty said there was no gun, I'd almost bet there was one.

I to believe there may of been one. Who is to say that Ron doesn't own more than one gun? Even Misty, maybe she got one for her own protection or what ever other reason. I don't buy that there was no gun. I still want to know the time of the so called 911 call and location the phone pinged from. As to why this was just sent over to the prosecutors office, I just don't understand. Why not book the one that may be guilty of a crime? They did the same thing with the incident in Aug with Ron for assault and burglary and the rat in the mail box incident. I thought someone said the assault one was dismissed because TC dropped the charges, but that is just hearsay. I would like to know what came of both incidents. Anyone know who the prosecutor is?

I wonder why Ron gets a way with so much in that town? Something does not seem right.
I said it yesterday, the stories are conflicting. Misty states the CJ chased them, Ron states that CJ was parked in the middle of the road. So, if the car was parked in the middle of the road how did he know Ron was going his direction and how did he chase him down?

Also, why was Ron in that area? Was he not supposed to get off on another exit? Maybe he got into this altercation with this man and went back and got Misty while the man called LE and staged it to look like CJ was after him. What reason would this CJ have to go after Ron and Misty? Was this a drug deal and both are lying because something went wrong? Or was Ron just in the mood for trouble and figured hey...I get away with most so why not intimidate someone today.

Oh, Why is this case just sitting cold? Why can's LE get a break on this case, I pray so hard for all these poor innocent missing children to be found. Let the Lord hear our prayer and may Haleigh be found for the new year!

He's also Misty's...uh...let's say they were apparently like "peas and carrots" recently. Imagine the coincidence of it being HIM stopped in the middle of the road when RC "happened" along!
