What is with all the controversy about CS being there...a link was provided from a news source that not only confirmed that she and MG were there at the event, they interviewed them! Now, just how was that done, if they did not attend?

I must be missing something, 'cause if it is confirmed they were there, then what is this criticism all about?

Apparently there 2 separate event for missing children in two different cities. RC attending in Tallahassee and CS attending in Jacksonville. Busy found a tape on the one RC attended, that's all.

When we have reached the point of debating "main" events to "event"....we have hit a new low. For Gods sake........they all went. Does the other "event" mean it was for children less cared about than the "main" event? It never fails to amaze me. NEVER.

And people also need to stop minimizing the actions of the people who were most likely involved in the disappearance of Haliegh, that being R & M.

................I did notice the little dig you gave about the "small article about Marie and Crystal...It was huge by industry standards. I also noticed that you said R & M appeared at the "MAIN" event.

Perhaps someone can describe the chopping off the head of a rat in a played down tone? It would take some creative writing to get him off the hook on that heinous act.

The main event - WAS in Tallahassee. That was not a dig.

I stated in my post that I was glad that Crystal and Marie participated in the event in Jacksonville. I am glad. I am glad for ANYTHING that ANYONE does for HaLeigh.

As for your comment about the rat - Ron has NOT been charged in relation to that event. Therefore, you probably should be careful what you say. You can think he is guilty all you'd like, but, again, he's never been arrested for the crime, never mind tried nor convicted.

Ah....caught up and now I see there were TWO events at different places! Well, then the only thing to be said is.....how wonderful that Haleigh's family made sure that someone was there for her at both events! Good for them!

It is amazing though that the Anthonys were there all teared up. Heck, they weren't that sad when Haleigh was gone. What the heck were they doing at a missing childrens' event anyway? I forgot this is their new job/career. Helps to keep your face out there in front of the camera. Must remind people to not forget their foundation or to donate money...

RC has also not been charged with assaulting his brother....doesn't mean it didn't happen.

They each honored Haleigh, just in different locations. It's all good.

Since Ron has confessed to the Rat incident, doesn't that make him guilty of committing the crime, whether or not he is ever tried and convicted in a court---it still means he is guilty of the illegal act.

Yes that was a stunner of a quote from Ron after complaining LE wasn't coming to him to update him and that more focus should have been put on Baker County....

Personally...I am thinking Ron should focus on clearing his name--take the same tests as his wife did--he'd certainly get rid of public pressure *IF* he passed them.

It would be a great way to show respect for Haleigh and prove he really was willing to do ANYTHING to bring her home. I can see no excuse for him to not try EVERYTHING.

I am not holding my breath here, though. IMO

WHY? IMHO..Ron C proved he had no ethical morals or values when it comes to either of his children.. To take his son up there to place a rose for Haleigh when he knows full well he is helping to hinder the investigation in Haleigh's disappearance is a disgrace to all things holy and good...Hypocrisy at its finest... JMO

I agree he has not been charged eventhough he admitted it to TM.. And to be perfectly honest, if he isn't charged and isn't punished for the incident it will be a sin and a disgrace for all....And every law abiding citizen in the area should start screaming from their roof top that something is terribly wrong within Putnam County....JMO

Still maintaining that most who have had dealings with RC are intimidated at some time. I used to think he was just a bully and all talk. I no longer think that way. He has a vengeful side that is bordering on macabre....and I actually hesitate to use the word bordering.

Wonder IF she suspects Ron of being the person responsible for Haleigh's disappearance, considering all the lies he has told and the games he is playing with everyone who are desperately trying to find out what really happened to Haleigh.. I know IF I suspected someone was holding back information, telling lies and speaking out of both sides of their mouths about the last person who was supposed to have seen my child, I wouldn't take part in helping them keep up appearances just for appearances sake...JMO
