And you heard NeJame state that Teresa Neves - on behalf of the family - contacted him to help find HaLeigh, right? In turn, NeJame contacted Tim Miller to help find HaLeigh. So, NeJame is doing exactly what the Cummings family asked of him - he is trying to help them find their missing daughter and granddaughter.

Nejame is handling PR and what better PR right now than for the Cummings Family to be instrumental (although, actually orchestrated by Nejame) in a search for Haleigh, a search by Tim Miller. I'm thrilled that Tim will be coming in to search for Haleigh but as far as who requested him and how this came to be, is what it is. Ron was making a fool out of himself with the arrest and the charge for the threat and witness tampering and needed all the deflection he could get. Teresa wants Haleigh found. A great attorney, like Nejame, should, and did, combine the two situations and voila...........A search is slated to happen a few weeks down the road, and Ron gets positive PR as well as the rest of the family, with the exception of Misty, of course. During Nejame's press conference, Ron did not look too pleased with Teresa's getting Nejame involved with the family. He probably still associates him with the Anthony's,and since he feels that he has done absolutely nothing wrong, feels that he doesn't need help with PR. I'm so glad that Teresa is reaching out on her own to help find Haleigh and is not dancing to Ron's tune as much as she originally was doing. Tim Miller will give it his all as he always does and I wish for the best. It is about time somebody represented Haleigh.

Just after noon Monday, a small group of the last remaining volunteers drove out for one last look. The Texas-based EquuSearch team, which spent months looking for 2-year-old Caylee Anthony last year in the Orlando area, is leaving Putnam County after just four days.

"It's heartbreaking for us, but we know what we've done. We've talked with law enforcement. They've told us this time, it's best for us to scale back, let them do their investigation," EquuSearch's Tim Miller said.

"I know there are areas that have been untouched," he said.

And there's disagreement over why the volunteers are leaving. EquuSearch claims the sheriff's office asked them to go, but Sheriff Hardy said he said no such thing

I believe that some feel that because a crack pipe was found on their property, Crystal and Chad are hard core drug users.

Every time I walk my property line I find empty whiskey and beer bottles that have been tossed over the fence. I haven't had a drink in 30 years, so they sure aren't mine and I live alone.

yea true but if the roles were reversed Ronald would of been accused of the samething. Its not to far fetch to believe that someone who admitted to using and someone who was arrested for it might actually own it.

But I thought he thinks shes alive and would never go outside because shes afraid of the dark?

I actually think in this story Ron was busted with drugs, and went to drug classes and paid a fine before? But I think he pleaded no contest, meaning, not admitting it, not denying it?

Where in the world did you gleam that from what I posted? Someone took her. My posts was about TES not about Haleigh being afraid of the dark so don't twist my post which was nothing but something snipped from an article about TES.

Are you saying it is impossible for someone to keep a child alive in the woods? Didn't Elizabeth Smart start out in the woods behind her house while people were searching everywhere for her? She was kept alive for 9 months.

So did Chad and alot of others in Florida for that matter. Seems to be quite the norm there. And Crystal herself on Gerald addmited she used.It could be possible that it was there's at one time doesnt mean they are still doing it.

SS brought up the recent crack pipe.
Recently they found a crack pipe...
I believe in a truck when MG land was searched.
Thus the current.

I guess I should say that my current meant since Haleigh went missing.
Not years ago.
And I still stick by MO.
IF there are any concerns about drug use it shouldn’t be about past use
since it's been proven that BOTH sides had done drugs.
It should be about current and IMO a crack pipe being found on MG land
would lead me to think that CS family or someone who lives close is
was just recently in the need of hiding a crack pipe!
I have no clue who used it but I doubt that Ron or someone on his side
of the family would drive there just to hide their crack pipe!

I'd venture a guess that NeJame was contacted prior to any of his recent legal issues. Perhaps one of our sleuths that don't care for Ron ought to make contact with NeJames office and find out when the initial contact from Teresa was made? I'd do it myself, but no one would believe my answer should I be able to obtain one.

IF contact was made prior to the current legal issue with Tommy, then what would the "excuse" be for the Cummings family contacting NeJame be? Certainly not deflection or "good PR" as people are claiming. Could it possibly be the that they actually want HaLeigh found? That they are tired of sitting around waiting for LE to find her and they brought in outside help to not only get HaLeigh's face into the media, but also help to FIND HER? They LOVE their baby and want her home? :waitasec:

As for Misty, she is young and not that bright and thinks Ronald is all that and a bag of chips- whatever happened to haleigh I am sure is accidental, and she knows that, thats why she is covering for him and wont be able to stand him going away for the rest of his life- she will just play the stupid I dont know card-

Accidental, meaning, I dont think he meant to hit her so hard, or oops, Haleigh got into drugs in the home- Whatever it was, they didn't want to involve the police about the death-

and the other side would claim it was co-incidence. One way or the other it doesn't prove or add anything of guilt or innocence IMO; that is why I don't give weight to it.
