I was just curious if TM said he is going to ask anyone else in the family to take another LDT. I hadn't heard. Right now my focus is on the latest development and the what it ultimately means about MC.

RC best friend is a black guy and he had just tossed MC into the street, so it sounds to me like he had second thoughts about having done that and since he was the one that made her leave, he couldn't very well justify being mad at her for having sex with someone else.

It couldn't have been all that awful to him because he tracked her down and let her come back home.

If he ever loved Haliegh any where is his outrage? So now, to my understanding Ron and Misty have said they will no longer co-operate with Tes. I won't browbeat you chester. I am not pointing a finger at him right now for different reasons but the result is the same.

I want to see the proof from LE. I am not formulating any theories in this case~ something I have staunchly refused to do ~ because there are just too many variables right now.

It's the ALL WE DON'T know...........RC's reactions too me are real. He was distraught,vulgar, you name it on the 911 call. All MC's discrepancies since day one...... I think she is cunning, manipulative and can shed the tears when it suits her purpose.

I have met TN,RC,CS and GGS....

I believe he NEEDS to believe MC that is the only hope of getting his baby home alive. If he stops believing in her then he will need to face the reality she might not be alive. If GGS, TN stop believing same scenario....

I do believe RC was at work...

I think the actions the past few days...he is having to face MC is lying and not just discrepancies.....

I think the GUILT of trusting/using MC as a girlfriend/babysitter exacerbates his need to believe her...I think he married her to keep her from leaving before his baby girl comes home... the NEED to believe she is coming home and doing what he feels he needs to do whatever to get her home.

MC was the last person with his baby girl.... I feel the rumors MC was not there is true...I feel his baby girl was stolen.....to feed some perverts needs. The door being bricked...the kitchen light on...points to not a stranger abduction. I feel Haleigh had been "messed" with in the past...unknowingly to RC...I think possible the person who did this was on drugs and things got out of control...perverts have a way of manipulating the victim...or maybe this was a first and it got out of hand.

Was Misty there, no JMO...it was an opportunity assault.

I have posted my thoughts since day one on the dream thread...so that is how I am drawing my speculation from my dreams and gut feelings when I met TN,RC,CS and GGS.

I could be 100% wrong....but until an arrest is made I am sticking with my GUT feeling and my dreams.

If the bed was made as rc now says, why didn't he tell LE immediately? He could have stated this from the beginning. He could have pushed her and demanded her to tell him where Haleigh is. And if he knew the bed was made, where was the outrage? He has been alone with her for 6 months and nothing has happened in this case. And nothing would have happened if LE didn't put it out there when they saw NeJame enter the scene.

RC is not smart enough to handle Misty alone for 6 months. In all this time he has gathered nothing. He was told she was not cooperating and he backed her and kept her with him and he also decided he wasn't going to talk to anyone anymore. Does this sound like somebody who is working with LE and getting information from the "enemy" to find his daughter?

chesterp, you are a dear, and I'm listening. I disagree but the main thing is we look for truth, wherever that is. About your last sentence, he is not that smart. You know, in the past we have discussed Ron's intelligence and learning ability. If Ron has the learning disability I think he has, he may be very intelligent, but not in the way the world may perceive intelligence. I can't say hes not intelligent from seeing his criminal record. He may be smarter than we think, and certainally in ways we may not understand. JMO

How do we not know that he didn't tell them that about the bed that night? We do not know at what point it was revealed... just like we are just now finding out that Misty failed the original poly by LE

IMO:

I'm just as convinced today as I was within the first few days following HaLeigh's disappearance that Ron IS involved. I absolutely do not believe that Ronald is "staying close" to Misty to find out what happened to HaLeigh. Ironically many who believe that to be the case have based it on words that RC's supposedly said to Cobra - yet anything else that Cobra claims is immediately dismissed . . . rather than selective memory in this case, it seems like a case of selectively believing . . .
As for me, I'm convinced RC's is a liar. I know he is because he lied on National television (Geraldo) when he claimed that;

He's NEVER used drugs,
He's NEVER been abusive,
and
He's NEVER sold drugs.

RC doesn't have a problem lying to anyone's face - anyone, even LE IMO.

Butterfly....if he told them about the bed that night, then he should have suspected Misty harmed Haleigh. Instead he went on TV and backed up her story and changed it again when Misty did.

Can't be on LE's side and helping when you haven't even been asked to do so yet, can't by he is playing "Columbo" within minutes of his daughter missing...he stated to LE Haleigh was in bed with Misty, in fact he said both were in bed with Misty. If he knew no one slept in the bed, then where was Jr?

If he knew Misty was lying because the bed had not been slept in than why did he go along with it from the first minute? Why wasn't she confronted by him? Why didn't he yell to the LE she's lying, the bed wasn't slept in?

Since Tim went public with Misty's results, I don't expect to see RC take one again...at least not from his experts.

I wish they would all line up in a row to take the same three tests tho. Then have the Croslins come in for their tests. Move right to Baker County and go through all of their family while they are at it.

SS I was watching a video that had Crystal's Mother making a comment about MC's failure. In that video she stated that she had taken a voice test too, and passed. That was the first I had heard of that. Did you see it too?

I agree that to get to the bottom of this everyone needs another poly, then if anyone shows a hint of deception they need to be brought in for some intense questioning.

I agree with everything you said Chesterp.....but I think it has all gone on long enough and asking the woman that was last seen with his child to marry him to get to the bottom of her disappearance DIDNT WORK. The charade is not working for me anymore and he needs to stand by Haleigh now and stop standing beside this proven liar. All this is just making him appear guilty to me and if he is innocent why isn't he standing by Haleigh? Why is he supporting a liar?

More true to what I see when I see them together is that Ron has complete control over Misty and she does whatever Ron says.
