Wait so let me make sure i got this straight! So TM tricked MC into taking those tests? Really? Ok, well, how about in one of the tests, in the beginning where she admits to WANTING to take the hypnosis test, so maybe something can come out, that she didn't realize that she knew.

This is what i am noticing. When the finger is pointed at RC, everyone is getting to personal and all up in his business, will deflect attention away from himself and partially throw his wife under the bus. When the finger is pointed at MC, she is a victim, and she is only 17 years old, and she would do anything to clear her name.

And now TM who is very well known, and well respected across the UNINTED STATES, is a big liar, and tricked them both into going to Orlando, without thier phones, in fear that they are tapped. (no offense, but IF YOU ARE INNOCENT, why does it matter if the phones are tapped or not...don't get it)

ETA: yeah, i forgot about the statement from MC's attorney that MC took those tests against his advice. She must have contacted him and told him about them, otherwise he wouldn't have made that statement. So, that only means one thing to me. The attorney is lying and so are MC & RC.

Sorry, again i just can't buy MC & RC story...SURPRISE!!!!!!

I think they did themselves no favors with the latest phone story. It just doesn't make sense. Why would TM care if their phones are bugged? He's not going to inadvertently confess he took Haleigh when talking to them so why would it matter to him? And why shouldn't LE know that they went to Orlando? They aren't under arrest and may travel, right? Or is there something we aren't told?

I'm not so sure the phone records show any pings outside the footprint for the Mobile home.

Here is why: If there were pings that showed MC traveled that night, I would imagine that LE would have the proof they need that she wasn't there, instead of requesting witnesses.

As for RC, I'm still not sure what to make of all of this yet. I'm still mulling it over. Although I have to admit, he's not winning brownie points lately in his defense of his wife's inconsistancies.

I want to know why TM used his own money to purchase disposable cell phones so that the whereabouts of RC and MC could not be tracked. Seems to me if the FBI and LE had a trace or whatever on their regular phones, purchasing them new phones for the purpose of making RC and MC's whereabouts undetectable does not sound on the up and up. I have never said a bad word about Tim Miller. My husband and I sent two checks to him while he was searching for Caylee Anthony. I want to understand why it was necessary to purchase them disposable cell phones.

It doesn't make any sense to me any old how. If they don't have anything to hide I don't see any reason why they couldn't have got away with their regular phones, tagged or not, or why they couldn't have e-mailed PCSO and told them hey, we're going to Orlando for a while, this is the address of our hotel if you need to reach us.

He probably bought them the phones because Ron and Misty were not going to take theirs. I'm thinking pre-paid cells can be tracked, if you know the number. Why is it, that everyone involved in this case is lying, except Ron and Misty? Why on earth would Tim take the chance of ruining his reputation for this? What purpose could that possibly serve? It makes no sense for Tim Miller to be lying over this, none. But it makes perfect sense for the "key to the investigation" to lie.

ETA.....Add to that the fact that Ron is meeting with LE to discuss phone records today...makes me think it's the phone records from the pre-paids.....I have to think they have already discussed the records from almost 7 months ago.

I think that TN may not know what to think and is torn in her loyalties. But most of all, she desperately wants to know what has become of her granddaughter, so reached out to someone that she thought could help her find out.

I am thinking she m -ight not be happy with what she is finding out. Very sad, there is a family here....2 families. It is not getting any prettier as time goes by.

Why is TM financing the testing that Misty underwent and the purchase of the pre-paid cells? If Misty and Ron asked for these, why are they not paying for it themselves? Oh yea, they are not working so can't afford it. Two young able bodied people, why aren't they working? They're still of the entitled mindset that other people should pay their way.

The little guy, jr needs to be removed from there ASAP.911. He was given to a father who lacks self-control and poor judgment. RC is seething and the boy needs to be protected and not exposed any longer to the environment he was put in by an incompetent family court.

I'm not so concerned about the pre-paid cell's as much as I have an eyebrow raised as to the reason why TM paid for them.

Why would they think that their phones were being tapped (by FBI) and why would that present a problem if the phones were? That's the thing that really has me curious today.

If Tim Miller paid for the disposable phones and made the records of the calls and pings available to LE then I have no problem. If, as Teh reminded me, LE called RC to come in today to go over the newest phone record info then perhaps some light will be shed on the issue.

I will not presume to tell a man that has brought many parents of missing children peace and closure that he is doing his job incorrectly, instead I will wait for all the facts.

Whisperer I enjoy your posts and while I might believe that Rc has issues with anger, I almost wish I could have seen that last night. He appeared to by emotionless and void of ....anything.

Maybe since RC stated on national tv last night that he needs proof that MC is lying about the night Haleigh went missing, LE called RC in to show him phone records that prove Misty was not where she said she was. If this is the case......this should have been done a long time ago.

Exactly! If I believe that my child was abducted, you bet your azz I want everyone of my phones to have a direct line to the FBI just in case the abductor calls, the call can be traced and the FBI can swoop in and get the A-B-D-U-C-T-O-R . . . and bring my child child home. This, IMO, says everything about Ronald & Misty's involvement in HaLeigh's disappearance - There is/are NO A-B-D-U-C-T-O-R(S)!!!

Maybe the new atty? He got hisself on NG pretty fast and seems to have a different approach to ol' Kimball and Snyder who just wrote catty press releases.
