ITA! :)

RC seems to like Det. JMerchant a lot. He mentions him in one of the videos, i just can't remember what it was, RC seemed excited to tell everyone JMerchant had told him something.....

Yes, he does... He smirks and he puffs up like ... I'm on the "IN " with Mechant... He's got my back... Sickening and disgusting to say the least...IMHO
Hope those above Merchant and the outside agencies involved have noticed this too...And I have wondered for sometime now IF Merchant is the reason Ron C and Misty are STILL walking around on the outside....JMO..

Yeah, but Merchant was playing Ron, he told him Misty passed her lie detector, Tim Millers results were not new news to LE, so the cops have been lying to Ron, trying to gain his trust, they are really the only ones in this story keeping their enemies closer- and of course Ron does not see that-

IIRC they talked about him in the Today show video after the wedding. There may be others.

Malesherbes, Oh, how I pray you are right and I am wrong in reference to what I've been thinking for months now ever since I was told that Merchant encouraged Ron to marry Misty...For the record, I was given this information by someone via telephone conversation that was in Satsuma working on the case...JMO

Why do you think he would he tell him that? For Misty being under age or other reasons?

I'm sure this is a rhetorical question but for the life of me I don't understand why it would be asked. It serves no purpose save baiting another poster.

We do not know what information Art used when he "reported" all those months ago (was it those audios? If so, why not release them 6 months ago?). Granted, Art has not proven to be the most "reliable" at reporting. He often changes his stories when his readers to their own research and have to correct him. That said, this time around, we got to hear Jerry "in his own words".

Your comment stated that Jerry's story has not changed. I was simply wondering if you knew that first hand.

BBM. It seems to be Art's usual MO. He tries to make his research stretch as far as he can. First he writes an article. Then he uses the same material in another article. Then he refers back to it in comments to another article. Then much later he releases a video. Then he refers to the same interview in yet another article. He's done it before.

I don't know, but would think the lead detective on his daughter's case would and should refrain from giving Ron C any advice about anything...JMO

Isn't is just a rumor that Merchant encouraged him to marry Misty, I dont believe that at ALL!

Kinda hard to twist what comes straight from the horse's mouth. I'm listening to audio of these witnesses... who have no dog in this race near as I can figure. Why the need to discredit. What we're hearing from independent parties (ie hardly players in this case) is far more reliable than the jumbled, contradicting, self-serving "versions" of truth we've been getting out of RC, MC, TN etc. Their credibility now=zero. JMO

I just have strong doubt LE would encourage such a union, especially when the bride to be is a teen, and guilty as heck, and they know that-

Or maybe they did to see if they would eventually start acting crazy, like beating up family, or leading them to roses in the dirt, so maybe-

Thank you for this tid bit of info. My theory has been in revision and this fits a missing piece that needed fill in material that made sence.

Or piss off someone to act or make a mistake. The timeline of the events before the engagement announcement and directly after are a good indication to me of the mind set of LE. Who would it piss of for Ron to marry Misty? The Mommy of the year per TN. LE has been playing poker for awhile and Ron and Misty are not the ace they are looking for.
ETA JUST MY OPINION

Yeah, except if the marriage is some huge ruse, then Lisa Croslin and Hank Croslin Sr would be in on it because they had to sign her away for it to even happen anyway-

I could see your thought process on this point if these "parents" had exhibited parental skills up to that point, but, you and I both have come to understand and see with our own eyes what these two parents are about. Self preservation is what I have witnessed not steadfast caring parents protecting their child under the circumstances because Misty would still be a Croslin! Imo I believe Ron is the best thing that ever happened to Misty. Before anyone says WTH I would not say this if Misty was my child. "I am a better parent and provider " LOL:woohoo:

Well, I guess Misty has had a really super sad life if Ron is the best thing that has ever happened to her-
