AS left some wiggle room in her last statement about time.....She said it was after 7:00pm.

Misty's sole purpose on doing the tapes was to establish that AS was there and she was with another person. AS had used the term "WE" drove over and never said who the other was......well seven months later, Misty has filled in the blank. So now AS is redeemed. I take it that this is the same aunt who wrote the affidavit about Ron working for her Nursery? And it was her ex husband who repaired the a/c?

If she was there, it was not to drop off laundry...imo

I may have missed it, but i thought the A/C guy was just from the same company as the Aunts ex? I asked before but go nothing, maybe you could help me with this.

TERESA NEVES, PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER: I believe that she was. To the best of my knowledge, she was there. I had a family member there that night checking on the children, dropping off some clothes. So I know up to a point that she was definitely there. There`s no doubt in my mind that she was there, you know?

IMO, the *dropping off clothes* part is an afterthought.

This has just GOT to come to a close soon...there are too many lies coming out for LE to not take action. What about an arrest for giving a false statement to LE ? They have already said they have proven Misty's story has "inconsistencies" in it. I say put her in jail and see if she doesn't start singing real soon.

Do you know the name to that Aunt who owns the nursey? Or maybe the name of the nusery? I only ask, b/c maybe i could do a little searching on that while i am at it...save some time

Oh my...if it is Weldon's. It is located 1.8 mi. from Green lane a little S on Hwy 17 near Hoot Owl Ridge RD area and the Hickery nut and the Rabbit Run streets...oh my!!

I better double check this one....too eerie. According to the map it is very close to the RR tracks and Buffalo Bluff rd.

I had forgotten about this question and Teresa's answer. The way she said it reveals something in my opinion. These two women had one priority that evening.....go check on the kids....OKay, I have these clothes that I want to take over there so I will not seem overly conspicuous. GGS takes clothes....checks the kids are okay and Misty is still there with them...for all appearance purposes it was business as usual.

Knowing what we know now (which isn't very much) Misty was away over the weekend, Ronald had to track her down to get her to come home and take care of the kids and he could go to work....but He was still worried that Misty would stay, worried that she was in good shape to watch over the kids...so he calls Mommy Teresa and Mommy Teresa calls GGS...who pops in quickly with the guise of dropping off the clothes to make sure all is well....in my opinion they had the right idea and I wish they would have waited to send over someone to check on the kids until about 9 or 10 ish. Something happened. The overkill of positive statements about Misty by everyone surrounding Ronald was an attempt to deflect a bad choice that I believe he made. I don't think anyone thought she was mother of the year material. I think it was a cover-up because of the whole custody thing.

Which brings me right back to the thing that I find most revolting.....if everyone wasn't so busy worrying about who was going to be to blame for Haleigh going missing perhaps we would have gotten the more important parts of the story. I don't know what happened but the truth about Misty and where she was the weekend before....and why she was brought back in after that to take care of the kids would have been more useful information.

All my opinion....no facts...strictly opinions

Whisp the aunt who runs the tree business is Katrina B. (Business is titled B..... Tree Service, IIRC).

Someone posted earlier today that Misty mentioned that the aunt allegedy with AS that night was Lisa. Misty didn't know Lisa's last name. I don't know who Aunt Lisa is.

OK...so we can use Katrina B = nursery, tree service on Edgewater.

This place is right next to Weldons...omg...you drive on to Hoots Owl, continue past it and 1/8 of a mile, tunr R. The place sits right on a canal which leads into a massive body of water (Crescent Lake). To get to Edgewater where her business is you take Paradise circle. It is very close to San Mateo area also.

There is some new information coming into The SKY News Room pertaining to the timeline regarding the disappearance of 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings of Satsuma who was taken from her home February 9, 2009.

News Talk 97.3 the Sky has learned the following information from several highly credible sources close to the investigation:

• Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings had a fight with then babysitter -now bride Misty Croslin-Cummings at about 8:30 the night the child was abducted. That fight took place over the phone while Cummings was at his job at PDM near Palataka, FL.
• Ronald's work hours that night were 4pm to 3am. Law officers and officials at PDM both state that Ronald was present and accounted for that night. Telephone records and cell phone pings lend strong support to those statements by law enforcement and PDM.
• News Talk 97.3 The SKY hopes to get more information regarding Ronald and Misty's phone records shortly.

ITA. We are getting somewhere, we have a major blowout with cell phone turned off as well as relatives over to check on the kids, whether that was before and sparked the row or after. The row might have been a continuance of an all day blowout as well.

Also, with the prior weekend binge party and MC just back home there are chances that those same folks came back over to the MH to continue what they started.

MC was definitely going off the rails and this whole thing of playing, watching videos, putting the kids to bed and, doing the laundry is BS given the prior acts.

I fear that given the row, Haleigh acting out and, how rumoredly Haleigh was admonished that MC lashed out or snapped and therein lies the big cover up that night and disappearance.

I guess that's as close as we're gonna get to an "official" confirmation? Why isn't LE disclosing some of this stuff- just the basics, even. I hate to say it, but it's starting to make LE in Satsuma look like they're bumbling around a bit. JMHO, of course.

Misty said she put Haleigh down at 8pm as that is her bedtime. She said she didn't go to sleep for about a half hour to 45 minutes. this was in the VSA I do believe. So Ron and Misty are having a fight, either Misty was outside fighting with Ron as to not wake up the kids or this fight was going on in the MH which would explain why Haleigh couldn't sleep. I am just trying to imagine the events taking place. So my question is; is Misty alone at that time other than the kids? Or is she so mad when Haleigh gets up out of bed she hits her?

Dunno. My sense is that LE is using TM and folks as a proxy to apply pressure, disclose things that they cannot break else they compromise the case and, cause this to split apart to generate developments and a breakthrough.

They saw RC and MC unite and could not get anywhere with anyone, TM intervening on behalf of TN and having Haleigh as his #1 priority has inserted a wedge between RC and MC.

Divide and conquer.
