She knows about abuse, that's for sure. She may not know the exact school hours since she was not given the pleasure of having her children or being allowed to see them during school hours. Haleigh had only been in school a few months when the caregivers lost her.

Not living local, one wouldn't k know or would be expected to know the childs' hours. She knew approx. time not exact minute but to state in the context that is was, is wrong. What? do you think she had a daily conversation over tea with someone like RC.

You state no wisdom on Crystal's behalf? Was she supposed to let Jr stay there AFTER RC's underage minor GF loses her one child. Good Grief! I would hope some of you would never want your remaining child to be in the hands of somebody like Misty. RC caused this, he brought her into his home. Crystal did not know her age, I bet....or she beleived the stories that TN put out there which she most likely told CS also.

I agree about the school hour issue. Nancy Grace asked Crystal about it, barely let her answer, then went ape and all dramatic when Crystal didn't spew out the right answer quick enough. Nancy talks fast and has high drama (almost histrionics), but Crystal talks slower. IMO, Crystal was really saying that she didn't know what time the bus arrived, and maybe not the exact time school let out. Kids who ride buses leave a little earlier than actual dismissal time. If they can show some hillbilly wedding and proposal on TV when a tiny girl is missing, why can't the mother say she was abused and heard from a relative that the child was knocked off a porch! I quit watching stuff on TV after how horribly Crystal was treated and ridiculed.

I agree with you Txsviki. NG had bad behavior. She also didn't research the case. She jumped to conclusions about what was verified and never showed any proof.

Why have we never heard of the hours at PDM that RC actually worked? That is very suspicious. Nancy clamors he was at work the entire time and shows no reason why except that is what he said. She grabs his attorney for verification.....who uses semantics to deflect and confuse. Very disappointing.

Well, all RC had to do was step up to the plate, put on his big boy pants and drag Misty to LE. Instead he marries and lies to people, telling them he is doing so for Haleigh. Did anyone believe that one? The fact is Ronald Cummings brought ALL of the drama on himself by his actions and his inactions concerning his wanting to know who took his daughter. In fact, has he ever asked?

Another point if that if any of us were Crystal, you can bet your Booty you would be doing anything you could to save your child that was still living in the environment where a sibling goes missing and the GF of the father appears to by lying about the circumstances.

I think this action and hatred on Crystal for doing what any mother would do to save the remaining child is what causes all the heartache and anger on forums. Some people just hate her for doing the right thing. She wasn't lying, she was finally getting up the nerve because she had a legal voice by her side to help.

IIRC, Crystal started out trying to be sincere and comforting to Ron and TN. You see pics of her and Ron leaning on one another, of her hugging TN, Ron with his arm around Crystal. Then barely a month later, here comes Misty with a diamond ring, and all giddy about the wedding, and TN claiming she is the best thing to ever happen to Ron, the best mommy to the kids, and it's what Haleigh wanted. I don't blame Crystal for coming out with the truth and wanting to slam him after being kicked in the gut like that.
Crystal includes Ron in her pleas for Haleigh to come home. "Mommy and Daddy love and miss you, Haleigh" Does anyone ever see Ron include her in his pleas? No, he doesn't.. he acts like he's the only parent she has. I cannot imagine how Crystal keeps her wits about her dealing with people like them. Sorry, but I would never treat my ex-d.i.l. that way, no matter how much I dislike her.

Most civil people can accept the relationship failed, but know respecting the other parent is healthy for the child to see- not Ronald- he basically was punishing Crystal with her children for leaving him- Its not like Crystal was busted by DCF in a drug home with the kids in it and he had all this criminal proof she really endangered her kids- she left him, he took the kids out of spite- Its so sad- its all about Ron, and has always been about Ron-

Ron does seem to have some problems in acknowledging Crystal as the mother of his children. He did take them out of spite...imo. No 22 yr. old guy (as immature as he) would take on an infant and a small toddler alone with no job or means of support. Four months after he got them and had to go to court to prove how stable and worthy he is, he landed a job just days before the appearance (what a coincidence). Told the judge he would get benefits in March when his probation was over. My guess is, he never made it that far, but achieved his goal of BSing a Court and gaining custody. The courts are not likely to ever change once they make a decision either. These judges make their decision immediately too. What a travesty this system is!

Elle, it might help if you find Shoemaker's statement that RC is going to support Misty 100%.

RC said that himself, when repeatedly questioned about his wife failing a poly. "Well, Mz Nancy, till I get physical evidence, I am supporting her". He refused to comment at all on anything negative about M and involvement. He evaded and deflected all questions.

I don't know or understand how you think he wasn't supporting or covering for her from Day 1 till now. Maybe you could point me to the things he has said where he believes she is involved in the crime?

I did take note that it will not involve Ron getting any negative publicity, just Misty...cute. He could have easily said Misty and Ronald, but did not. Important also to realize that this is their GOAL.

I am putting Shoemaker in the same catagory as Baez.

You know what, even despite the fact that Walmart cannot put her picture up because the family has not signed the release to do so, and people magazine can’t put her in their magazine because the family won’t return their calls. I am (as I speak) printing out 25,000 flyers of her missing poster and I am going to post them in every wayside, Truck stop, fast food restaurant , Back of moving trains, busses and Long haul trucks till the day they find her!!
Someone has to be there to fight for her return. Seeing how her family is not.

I just don't know about getting the PIC out there. Doesn't she have the billboard in Satsuma? And why can't RC and his attorneys handle this project. They just hired a new female P.I. (guess FBI isn't good enough or they don't want to bother them) but they can't do the flyers?

Which family did they call? How would they know the Ron's cell phone numbers? Did you call People and ask them why she wasn't put on the cover?
Did Walmart get in touch with the family and ask for a release?

It is not up to the Cummings family or ANY family to give "permission" to display a missing person's flier in Walmart. As you can see from the information posted above from the Walmart site, it is up to Missing Children's Network.

As for People magazine, I have no proof the Cummings family was contacted at all. Ron and Teresa have been doing everything they can to keep HaLeigh's face in the public's eye. I doubt that they would turn down an opportunity to have her featured on the cover of People magazine. Without confirmation, that is nothing more than a rumor, IMO.

That said, it's great that you are printing out fliers on your own in various locations. The more places that HaLeigh's face is seen the better!
