Just to humor me while I look for other links for you, if Ron did not talk to Misty at 3:15, why do you suppose he stopped at a store to get cigs, beer and peanuts if he was so worried about Misty and the children?

I don't think he was worried about them. IMO, he figured she was still POed after the fight and not answering be an azz. IMO, Misty is not very mature and you know how girls can be when they are mad at a BF. MOO. :innocent:

RC was only at PDM for about a month to my knowledge, so I don't know what research would tell me he was a user or not. He may have already been on the job and the tests were either not done yet or if they were, the results were not back yet. Usually for drug testing for an employer, it's a urine test and the results are in that day. For certain drugs, 48 to 72 hours abstinence can give you a clean test. For hair testing, that takes longer as they will look for more than one substance and can even get an estimate as to when it occurred. I did call to see what their policy is and when they implemented it, pre-Haligh or post-Haleigh but they are closed for the holiday but I will try again on Monday.

As for the interview with Nay-Nay on the AH site, I watched the video and then read the transcript and I believe her statement more accurately was: "As for drugs, she said, “Misty does pills and weed, and xanex, Loritab, but smoking weed, that’s like her main thing.”

That's a little more than just weed, especially in combination and for 3 days. WBG said he also did "roxies". Those will give you no memory of what happened, to my knowledge. So in my mind, that is in all likelihood what she was on upon her return from the weekend and why she was so tired.

THANK YOU Baznme! I am trying very hard to limit my posting and stick to lurking, but I just couldn't sit on my hands any longer. To my knowledge NO ONE has ever presented any kind of proof that Ron was ever drug tested. While I don't doubt that most likely is PDM's protocol, as it is many employers, we don't know for sure if RON was tested or not. It's my opinion that he may have been when hired, but even if he was, I highly doubt that he was tested again during his very short tenure at PDM. Even the fact that he may have been/very likely was tested upon being hired, if a urine test was done, it would mean absolutely zilch to me as I have know WAY too many people that have passed urine drug tests, it's just way too easy to do and I can assure you that they were not clean by any stretch of the imagination.

I'm stunned that ANYONE could state for a FACT that Ron is and has been clean for some time. The ONLY person and I mean the ONLY person that could know that would be Ron himself and how much you wanna bet he will never, ever answer that question honestly, lol! :snooty:

I am still looking for the mention of the phone getting turned back on at 3:15. I must have heard it somewhere right, I mean I found the NG episode about Misty first call to Tommy and then RC, but it didn't say what time the phone was turned back on, or what time those two calls took place just that she called them both before 911. I have to find it or I will be bugged about it all night.

If he prints something that can be verified through LE statements, that can be believed, imo, because it did not come from his "sources". all moo.

I have to agree, I know that one of my customer hires on a trial basis and if the person is working out to there expectations there are then given the drug test and physical....its a cost thing, why invest any money if they dont perform...I've seen guys start and 3 weeks in are gone , they just leave rather than fail the weed test

Wow, I hope none of those 3 weekers ever injure someone at that job or your customer can kiss his business goodbye, if they test positive afterwards. That is very risky behavior for a business owner, imo.

I respect that, but I must say that if I am curious or bothered about why he stopped at a store before checking on Misty and the kids, I'm pretty darn sure LE is curious or concerned about it.

Also, thanks for saying "not suspects" instead of cleared. Whew.

Like Shoemaker said, LE can't possibly clear him if they weren't with him all night. Not to mention Ron is still on the list. Further down, maybe...but still on it.

SHOEMAKER: Well, it`s kind of a tough situation to say they`ve officially cleared him 100 percent. When we met with law enforcement last week, they basically said they moved him from, you know, top of the list to the bottom of the list.

was it confirmed by LE ron and misty were fighting? and even if it was this fact should have been brought to light months back and not after the fact that phone records showed calls being made....is this or could this be another attempt to correct an error in there story..just my thought

I remember Shoemaker saying there was some discord or a word similar to that....strong disagreement, etc.

It was in an interview after he escorted rc to FDLE to explaine the phone calls. How in the world do you explain and tell them what was said in every call six months after the event....
