How that works isn't how you think.
If a noncustodial parent gets remarried the new spouse's income isn't included in the child support calculation in any way other than reducing the CSP's expenses.
Meaning, the NCP and new spouse should be sharing household expenses. Rent, food, utilities etc. which reduce the NCPs expenses allowing the NCP to pay more in support. Other than that child support isn't calculated by adding the new spouses income and the ncp's income together in one lump.

Make sense?

Completely. My sister's CFO of a large company income, combined with the home and two cars she owned happened to vastly increase her new husband's child support payments in Georgia.

So, where's the plea to bring Haleigh back. Where is the father's words to remind the public of the tip line number. Where's the personal message to his missing daughter to reassure her, if she is hearing and seeing this interview?
Too strange to watch these two in this interview.

In Ron and Misty's interview with Greta, Ron said the deadbolt on the back door was always locked and very difficult to open. I wish Gretta had placed the spotlight on Misty and asked if she could open the deadbolt rather than accept Misty's truth that someone picked the lock. Greta only asked Misty if she ever used the back door.

IIRC. Ron C was the first to bring up the subject about it being a pick lock artist... Misty just followed suit... And since she stated they sometimes use the back door to take out the garbage and vacumn the car, I suspect GVS knew that Misty is capable of locking and unlocking that door.... And IIRC Ron C is the one who stated they NEVER used the back door...JMO

argh. I'm at work and can't download video. Can somebody give me an idea of what the heck is going on in the video?

Opinions vary I guess, I watched the video and I see Ronald trying to get information out so that people will look for his child. I also think he thinks Misty is "dumb" and whenever she says something dumb he corrects her. Same as Marie did with Crystal in just about every other video the two of them do.

At one point in the video it appears that he looks behind her to see if the wire was still behind her, maybe he thought she couldn't hear the questions in her ear the way he could? The most telling is the nodding and shaking of his head when she says 4 inches rather than 4 feet, again, I think he thought she had no idea how to measure the distance. I have a daughter that is in the 6th grade right now and she has ADHD and bipolar, if I asked her how big 4 feet was she wouldn't have a clue how to tell me, she could however show me.

I don't know that I believe Misty was at that trailer all night and everything happened exactly the way she said it did, I actually don't believe everything happened the way she said it did, but I don't think Ronald was the mastermind behind her story because he would have never let his future rest in her hands and how well she remembered a script. no way imo

Also,if you listen closely this LT either knows alot more than we do concerning the time 911 was called and who was or wasn't there, or he doesn't know too much at all..JMO

I think you might have seen it before. It is LT Johnny Greenwood and he is being questioned about Haleigh's case. He says they ( LE) are interested in the 7 pm to 3:30 am time frame. More importantly he never mentions the bus stop, there was another video where LE is asked who picked Haleigh up at the bus and they did answer. I don't want to post it though until I find the video.

Well IF GGMS stated she was there sometime between 7:00 and 8:00 pm that night and the timeline starts at 7:00 pm.. Guess they are not buying her story either.... Thats a GOOD thing..JMO

Ya know, I wanted to say this yesterday too...I can really understand how excited everyone was about the 4 wheeler calls, truly I did. Some felt it might be some new information to add to the facts that we have and in turn lead to Haleigh. I know how everyone felt, I remember feeling the exact same way when Hankjr finally placed himself at 202 Green Lane on the night Haleigh went missing. A new piece of information, a valuable piece in my opinion.

When you find the video where LE states who picked up Haleigh from the bus stop, will you please post it..To my knowledge, I haven't heard them give any confirmation on who it was... JMO

Wow.....and yet that is exactly what he did do.....left his children, his future, and their future in HER hands!
