Is there a link where LE has outright stated they have not seen any connection between Rc and HaLeigh's disappearance?[/B] Not the blanket statement he is not a suspect...that blanket statement they have given so many times in the past and then arrested that person...not that one. One stating what is in your post?

Sorry for all these posts, I haven't figured out how to quote multiple posts...lol. Even though many of you have tried to educate me.

Bold by me, No they haven't made a statement such as the one you asked about, why would they do such a thing? They have said many times that he isn't a suspect, and they have also confirmed his alibi. I understand that we all have different opinions about what Law Enforcement has said and what they have not said and what everything means. Is my opinion invalid because you believe that LE is keeping everything about RC secret?

As far as the comments go on the video I posted, I really didnt pay too much attention to them. Put it to you this way, they didnt change my mind. Greta asks Misty if she was in a real deep sleep and she says no...I thought they were up talkin. 3 day bender, remember? The whole video makes me sad. I thought I heard the hum of a 4 wheeler in the background, though..

I haven't watched that particular video in a long time. I really, really looked at it and really, really listened to it, three times. I watched every facial expression, every body move and every word. And yes kellync, I agree, Tn has explained away why Misty would not have heard the "kidnapper" enter and leave the mobile home with Haleigh by saying that Misty was sooooooooooo exhausted that she was sleeping and did not hear anything. Misty later on reinterated that she was very, very tired and sleeping. In this "fresh, as in just after Haleigh was reported missing, she is saying that she was not in a deep sleep. Ron is nervous ninny, IMO, worried that Misty will mess up and not follow the script. He is over explaining everything, even things that he should not know, since he was not suppose to be there. I'm even more convinced of the validity of my opinon of what happened to Haleigh. These two know what happened to Haleigh and are covering up what happened.

But, and a big but, he was surprised to see her up. Now we know that he repeatedly called her during the night trying to get her on the phone and was never able to reach her. He ended up calling the Croslins and asking if she was there, and IMO, sent Tommy over to check. I also believe that he called his mother and she sent GGMS over to "check on the children"..........When you look at all the old videos and compare them to what we know now, there is a world of difference.

At 7:00 minute mark into the update, the LT gives the hours he is interested in and is very clear about the time-frame where the inconsistency lies.

wow elle, Thanks for that video. I had never seen that before and it WAS very interesting, especially from the 6:00 minute marker on until the end.
So, is he saying that someone supposedly saw TN around 7pm that evening at the MH? I always thought that the story had GGMS bringing laundry over that evening ) but he sure danced all around the reporter trying to confirm anything, wouldn't even confirm that anyone had been over, only that he had been told that hmmm.

Watching that video made me feel all the more confident that unfortunately my gut feeling is probably right (that's jmo tho ) and that LE knows exactly who is responsible for HaLeighs disappearance, it's exactly how, why, where, when, etc. that they just need one good break on to hopefully have the evidence they need to make an arrest(s). Of course, that would mean a not good outcome for HaLeigh as I have long suspected anyway sadly The 'not knowing' has to be eating these families alive tho (at least for those family members that don't know :innocent I can't imagine anything worse., truly, I can't. I 'think' that if it were me <<<shudder>>> that even if it was not what I wanted to hear to be sure......I would rather know what happened to my loved one than to live everyday with my mind wondering and wandering, how agonizing that has to be...

The only thing that I have read straight from LE is that they "are satisfied with the hours in question" regarding Ron's alibi. All the other quotes were from journalists and they used their own wording just like they used their own wording about Ron and Crystal not being considered a suspect. Some of the journalist stated that Ron was "cleared". LE commented (something to this affect) that the parents of Haleigh Cummings were not considered suspects. There is a lot of difference between being "cleared" and "not considered a suspect". There is never a "suspect" until LE is arresting the "suspect".
LE also commented that "they did not know what crime occurred nor when it happened" (something to that affect)

It could have been earlier in the evening he started calling, she is mad and doesnt answer. He sents TN or GGM over - not sure at this point which one as it was originally GGM. Then her brother comes over (early in the evening) and maybe a Ron request prompted that visit also.

If that is the case, maybe her brother did not visit later in the evening as I had been assuming (if he visited at all). The MH could have been visitor-free from 7 or 9 in the evening on - depending on when her brother and his kids departed - I lean more toward the 7-8 mark.

If everyone was gone by 8 it would make sense she eludes to putting them to bed at 8. She said that a couple times. Then they fight and she calls Ron to complain. He says to punish Haleigh. She does and something goes wrong. She would have from apx 10 (if not earlier) to when Ron returns home to dispose of Haleigh. Her brother could have been long gone and not involved in the disposing of Haleigh.

All I can say if any of those agencies haven't made a connection between Ron C and his daughter's disappearance they need to change their motto to..

All I can say if that is indeed the case that none of the agenicies suspect him of anything, then something is definitely wrong in Putnam County, Florida......JMO

I totally agree and maybe that is why John Q. Public is sick and tired of this charade. In my opinon, Ray Charles could see that there is definitely something wrong with this investigation if Ron isn't even being considered. Either LE are Poker Geniuses and are waiting until the last moment to reveal their real suspect in this case or there is a major reason that they do not want Ron to reveal something that they don't want known. Kick and hit me now, but this does happen. It has happened in my neighboring county for years.

Actually, one of my theories is that Misty called Ron early on and complained that she just wasn't going to put up with Haleigh's being unruly that night and maybe Ron instructed her to give Haleigh something to make her go to sleep. Misty did just that and Haleigh died. Then the coverup began. Maybe that is why Ron is part the blame and thus his immediate family were drug in to help out.

IME "witness" statements are notoriously wrong. There were other witnesses that placed Ron there iirc.

Well, for certain she looked alot happier than he did.. Ron C looked as though he hated her when she shoved that cake in his mouth on their wedding day, but what do I know?
However, TN says their relationship and their interaction with the children warms her heart... She says you would have to witness it to know what she was talking about.... In reference to my belief, I doubt either one of them are capable of knowing what love is...but thats just my opinion...JMO

Thank you for your post, something has been bothering me for awhile and I have tried to find the answer and hit a brick wall. I find it highly suspect that Misty's cousin Joe O made a beeline back to Tennessee just hours after Haleigh goes missing. I want to know how he got back to Tennessee, if he had a car what was it, and if he didn't have a car, who took him?? I truly think there is something to all of this, I just can't figure it out. I have always been suspicious of Joe O but my suspicions were raised a notch when Hank jr admitted he went over to the trailer . I don't know, I guess I will just keep looking.,

Was a 4wheeler listed in the divorce paperwork as property? If not, Ron did not own the 4wheeler at that time, IMO. A 4wheeler is real property and should have been listed in the divorce settlement.

I did not see one listed.

Just had to comment on this one. IMO it would take a really stupid man to list everything he owned on a divorce settlement. Anyway, I would wager that a lot of things in Ron's young life were most likely listed under his mother or grandmother's name, like the phones and trucks.

Well if this is the case, then TN must be very upset with Ron for divorcing Misty and sad she doesn't get to spend Christmas again with her and Ron this year. I wonder if TN will call Misty to wish her a Happy Birthday?
