I believe those child support payments for Haleigh should have been cut. rc is taking advantage of the system. Is he going to keep accepting payments for a child that is no longer around or hidden so well she cannot be declared dead. He lives with his GMA for Gsake. This is ridiculous but totally beleivable.

I think the answer also lies with all the females in rcs life. they altogether would be able to paint a good picture and le could profile him. He has not told them anything about misty even though some thought he was heroic in marrying her and would get the info to find Haleigh. It is time to wake up and smell the roses. rc in involved in this somehow. He and Misty are the two with criminal defense attorneys....no rocket science here, folks!

Did not think of that, thanks for bringing it up. I do not see one listed as property in the divorce documents either. IMO, there still seems to be an concerted agenda to twist anything that happens to cast RC in the worst light. A stolen 4 wheeler, that may not even be his, or if it is, it was acquired since the divorce, has nothing to do w/ Haleigh's disappearance, imo.

I have no clue as to whether Ron himself owned a 4 wheeler, but even if he didn't who says that the 'family' itself doesn't? (meaning purchased by GGM or someone else) IDK either way, as I assume you don't either. (please correct me if I'm wrong )

Regarding your opinion of the 'concerted effort/agenda' to cast Ron in the worst possible light, may I say...it is just that curvecuti...YOUR opinion. I am a grown woman, I call it like I see it, IMHO Ron needs no assistance in casting himself in the worst possible light, he's done that just fine all by his little self and IMHO he has done a fantastic job. I have to tell you that I resent the fact that I have to justify my opinions, lest be accused of having an agenda just because I (and some others, although I speak only for myself) believe that Ron to be at the very least partially responsible for HaLeighs disappearance. IMO, EVERYTHING he or Misty do/have done is open for interpretation and/or discussion because it could lead to some clue as to what happened to her. That's BECAUSE I DO firmly believe that they are responsible. I DO NOT believe that Crystal had anything to do with it, therefore what she does matters to me only because of butterbean, but I came HERE for HaLeigh. If you DO believe that Crystal, Marie, RSO, SODDI, etc. then PLEASE by all means put it all out there in the correct thread, and take 'em apart IF you truly believe them responsible,. What kind of sleuth would you be not to? lol! But I really would appreciate not being chastised and accused of being 'out to get' Ron every time something is discussed. I have NO agenda, other than wanting HaLeigh found and it's MO that Ron and Misty have those answers. You know, just because you disagree does not make it so and sadly many of us DO believe in our hearts and souls that Ron is responsible, at least in part for this crime. I don't offer up my opinions on a whim and I am not out to ruin Ron's life, so I ask sincerly; What would you have us do curvecuti? sit on our hands? Why only Haleigh? How could it have gone on this long with no hint, no clue?

If both children would of been removed that night who would they have looked at? No hint no clue? Debs I believe that there is evidence and there has been clues. They are subject to interpretation as well and with very little to actually tell the whole story LE has to start this investigation a time line (prior to 2/10) and bring it forward to the present, to find the missing pieces and clues and then the interpretation can make a little more sense and they just might find HaLeigh. But I offer a cheaper and faster way to get this mystery over and that is lock up Misty, Amber, Crystal, Nay Nay, Sarah, Marie, Teresa, GG Sykes and let them all figure out who done it.

That was well said. I have to ask how many of you can share your thoughts or opinions about this or any other case your following with and that cares as much as you do aside from here on WS? Are all y'alls spouses, children, best friends and neighbors as interested as I am to discuss this case or all the others that come here? What is happening here?

I'm interested, though I don't think I'm as up to date as most of all of you are. I took a long break, so I never went back and caught up. Which I've learned has hindered my ability to discuss some aspects. That's probably why I push to go forward, to work with theories as we have current information. Darn, we have none from Le on this case, so we have to garner every aspect to discuss.

I've changed my opinion somewhat on a theory. I'm leaning towards the women players, as I see bitterness unfolding in the case.

I posted last night that I was amazed that Misty has taken the split up without any problems, so I'm wondering if someone in her family is getting revenge since a few are known to have stolen before. As far as the comments go on the video I posted, I really didnt pay too much attention to them. Put it to you this way, they didnt change my mind. Greta asks Misty if she was in a real deep sleep and she says no...I thought they were up talkin. 3 day bender, remember? The whole video makes me sad. I thought I heard the hum of a 4 wheeler in the background, though..

Thank you kelly for the video. The poly seems to be a problem. RC looked defiant and arrogant when he responded. I wish he didn't interrupt Misty when she was explaining the sleeping arrangements.

Once again she keeps slipping up. I notice she catches herself when she begins to say something important or contrary.

RC looked very controlling. I just can't get past that look on his face at the end when Greta inquired about the poly......brrr.

The biggest clue on that video is the fact that Misty NEVER mentioned that gma Sykes was there.......hmmmm.

Something is very wrong with their story. From the 911 till now....it doesn't work. You can tell misty repeats what she is supposed to say and doesn't have a mind of her own.

I can see two reasonsfor rc to lie:

1. He doesn't want anyone to know he let an underage girl w/o a license to drive the kids all over town.
2. He has to cover up ALL of his hours.....wants every minute accounted for.

For the neighbors who know him well and he visited the day after begging for nieghbor to put in a good word with DCF for him (neighbors father works for DCF....they have NO reason to lie.

1. Ron says he picked Haleigh up and drove straight home. Haleigh loved on him (his words) and she told him she see him when he got home.....and he drove off.

2. Misty said Ron came in and kissed all of them (including her) goobye and went to work. This loving Walton moment doesn't ring true for me. Once again their stories conflict.

..........still the zinger is witnesses seeing misty there. IF ron and misty are lying, how can they be ignored as possible perps?

One of the biggest problems for me is that there is a "link" to back up every single one of those statements. There are people that you consider reliable and people you dont. Just because there's a link to it a la myspace, etc doesnt make it true to me. I classify myself as a reasonable person, but I guess reasonable is relative.

We don't take TN or RC's word when we have witnesses, at least I won't. TN backs everything rc says. that is not proof. She wasn't there.

If we assume the neighbors are telling the truth, it doesn't look good for rc.
