FindHaleighNow.com, a website now under construction which should be online no later than April 2, 2008. This is said to be a website by RC.
Was not sure if I should post this here since it is not up yet or in the Haleigh thread.
If you go to FindHaleighNow.com this is what shows up for now. It seem the website is being sponsored by Face-book/Flicker/ ?http://social.findhaleighnow.com/

It is said it will be up April 2. 2008. That would of been last years. Must of been a typo, but I will keep checking back since it was reported In the article below.

A couple of issues that continue to bother me...(In Bold)

NG Show, February 11, 2009;

GRACE: Now, have you and your girlfriend both taken a polygraph, right?

CUMMINGS: Yes, I have. Passed it with flying colors. Yes, she has. Passed hers.
GRACE: And you volunteered to do that and you`ve been cooperating with police, right?

CUMMINGS: Yes. Why not? I don`t have anything to hide. I just want my
daughter back. Anything that`s going to help them eliminate more
people, that`s the best thing.

GRACE: Exactly. Mr. Cummings, you said the door was propped open. Describe to me what you saw when you got home.

CUMMINGS: I came in the house and immediately checked all the bedrooms,
the bathroom, everywhere, just to be sure, and walked to the back door,
it was wide open. As I walked out the back door, the screen door was
propped open with a cinderblock.

I can't count all the times now that I've heard it said, either by LE when asked by the media or the media reiterating it repeatedly, there is no pass or fail with the polygraph - it's deception, no deception or inconclusive...I also thought that LE - I take that back, I know that LE told Ron & Misty not to discuss it because Misty stated that when GVS (February 13, 2009) asked Ron if he had taken one and what the results were - Misty interrupted and said, "We're not supposed to discuss it," but Ron went ahead and answered anyway and Misty followed suit when Greta than asked her. So if Ron wants the world to know that he supposedly passed the poly even though LE has asked them all not to discuss it, why doesn't he at least answer in a more subdued manner instead of saying it in flashing neon lights, "passed with flying colors," I mean I've heard of tooting your own horn but I would think that following LE's instructions would have some importance when your child is missing;
and...
When Ron got home the back door was still left wide open; "walked to the back door, it was wide open. As I walked out the back door, the screen door was propped open with a cinderblock." There again, I don't get it. I just don't buy it. If someone woke up at 3 am, got up to go to the bathroom, noticed the kitchen light on, then noticed the back door wide open, ran back into the bedroom to grab their phone, then notices a child missing, then 27 minutes pass...........................Finally, Ron pulls into the drive from work and your standing at the front door to meet him - Where's Jr!?! He's not with Misty, so he's still in the house somewhere with the back door wide open!!! What do you do for 27 minutes with the back door still open!?!? Hide under the bed?? Carp, you can't - because there aren't any bedframes!! Okay, so you go to plan 2 and lock yourself and Jr. in the bedroom and call 911 asap!!! Wouldn't you?? Anybody...Thoughts...

ITA, nomoresorrow. None of this makes any sense and that's why LE thinks Misty is the key to what happened to Haleigh.

IIRC MC does not know the exact minute that she woke up. All she said was that she saw a 3.

LE knows where Ron was and when. They have already checked his work record. An 8 hour shift would be 7p-3a, so departure from the house would be 6:30p-ish. Ron would have been home when MC's brother and nephews visited as they are reported to have left around 5:45p. GMS arrived between 7 and 8p and the kids and MC were home. (it is closer to 7 than 8, but the exact time is not known to me).

MC's phone will show who she called, when and how many times as well as who called her that night. LE has all of this too.

"Passed with flying colors" is just an expression. I wouldn't put much into it. LE may have told them this, meaning there was no deception in their polygraph responses.

Thank you for bringing this up, it also goes with the door statement. How could the back door be wide open but not propped open? Both doors shut automatically.
Now if you re-watch the Today show interview (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/261848...74806#29674806 ) chain of events to waking up, seeing light on, door open grabs her phone to call RC and THEN notices Haleigh is missing . In the interview RC even interjects that at that time he was already in the driveway.

Ron also said in this interview that "They" realized she was missing.
Croslin woke up around 3:30 a.m., the same time Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings got home from work, they realized Haleigh was gone and called 911. http://www.myfoxorlando.com/dpp/news/local/021209Day_3_in_search_for_Haleigh

you know to be fair most of us don't know the EXACT time that we do normal things all day long. At least I don't. It isn't until something becomes important that time factors into the little things in life. I don't think you can say someone is lying because they are even a half an hour off on some of this stuff. They probably are mostly guessing which is what I would have to do.

NOmore, the MORE I think about it the more I think you're absolutely right... if one child's already been taken by some intruder, and I don't know whether they may be comin back for the other there's just is NO way in #ell I'm gonna leave that door OPEN. I don't even know if I'd even have the presence of mind to use something (not touch doorknob w my hand) in a panicstricken state of mind... once I yelled outside hoping to God it's DAD and made sure they weren't still in the house, I'd slam and deadbolt that bad boy so fast... there is just no way I would mosy around w another child in the home and the flippin door flappin in the breeze... oh #E[[ no...

Sorry... back to dad... I agree too the timeline's not adding up if by dad's own account it was just eight hours since he'd left... even if we credit him w being back there as early as 3:00am (a full 30 mins. prior to 911 call), this would mean he had been at the home until as late as 7pm... what gives? If you found your door wide open in the middle of the night I don't care if no child is missing you would lock the door or get out of that house fast. That would scare the daylights out of me. You are so right, who would stay in there like that. If she was on the porch or wherever wouldn't you have JR in your arms to make sure no one got him next. My goodness. Nothing she did made sense. Now that doesn't mean she did anything, just that she seems to have done nothing that makes a bit of sense. Could be all sorts of reasons for that. We heard rumors of RC being at a gas station at two (once again whoever stated that was probably guessing about the time unless they have him on camera or he used a credit card to purchase the gas) or something, if he got off work as you suggest and then got gas that could account for the time difference. I am not trying to say I believe all this stuff just that there are explanations for some of it and I just keep remembering the Lundsford case. People can be involved in some really awful stuff or appear to be but that doesn't mean they hurt their child.

I would not go to the door, I would be afraid someone would jump out and get me. I would run to another room with a phone where I could shut the door.

Police have said they are satisfied with Rons whereabouts until 3:00 am. Which to me indicates that they have verified Ron was at work until 3 am. Given 5 minutes to clock out walk to car, 15-20 to drive home. 911 call at 9:27.

3:27 am, right? Do we know the true timeline of the actual crime. Could it have been earlier than previously thought...before work and planned to appear he had an alibi. Something about his eye movement and body language when giving the smug smile and the "I don't know I was at work" gives me hink.

Is there a way to verify Ron's meal break? I've heard it was only an half hour-- but it would be a whole new ball game if it were an hour!

Also, is he closely supervised on the job site, or is there a possibility of taking some unnoticed time off?

You know what I don't get? What exactly does RC think happened to Haleigh? He doesn't believe that Jr saw the black man in black, he doesn't believe that the person he had an arguement with took her, (he denies even having an arguement), he doesn't think it had anything to do with the cousin (he denies that the cousin was at the house), he doesn't believe that Misty had anything to do with it. So what happened? He seems to always have some attitude that he knows best, so what happened. Whenever people suggest these things he gets attitude and denies them like he knows something we don't. If he was "at work" he doesn't know what happened, so why is he so quick to shoot everything down? I don't get it.

I don't know anymore then you about this case but maybe he thinks Haliegh was just kidnapped from her bed.
Elizabeth Smart was, Jessica Lundford was.....and people were home and sleeping when it happened in just the same way.
So it happens, that we do know for sure.

That bothers me too. Anything is possible, right? If he was at "work" why is he so adamant about what DID NOT happen to his daughter? The only thing I could think of is that he knows what DID happen to his daughter and for some reason does not want to tell.

Thank you Indigo, I'm just going by RC's own words as spoken (below) to NG and as you can see he actually corrected her account of the time. (3:00 AM)

NG -Aired February 11, 2009 (Transcript)
(Bold Me)

GRACE: With me right now, the father of little Haleigh, Ronald Cummings, is with us. Mr. Cummings, you and your family are in so many prayers across the country right now. Please tell us what happened when you got home from work that night. I believe it was around 3:00 AM.

CUMMINGS: Actually, it was about 3:25, 3:27.

GRACE: OK.

CUMMINGS: And I pulled into the yard, and my girlfriend opened the
front door, and I already knew something was wrong because she`s not up
at this time. She told me — I said, What are you doing up at this
time? She said, Your back door`s wide open and your daughter`s gone.
