I'm not going to take the time to edit out areas of posts that have absolutely nothing to do with Ron's arrest, I'm just going to delete them. They take this thread off Topic in an entire new direction, much of which has been posted on other threads.

IMO From my third party perspective, from the begining Misty's parents have been almost nonprotective and questionable in their decisions inregards to Misty. IMO This incident is in no relation to Haleighs abduction other than these families have been on an emotional roller coaster since 2/10 and the Croslin's family disfunction is the true culprit. To bad Ron chose to step out GGS door that night to give Hank Jr. what he came over to get. Under the circumstances we will not be privey to the truth at this time and should continue to look for Haleigh, RIGHT?

I have been reading but find posting difficult so I post rarely. Yes we should be continuing to look for Haleigh...no question....but Ron's temper is in clear play given his most recent arrest....and I can't believe those who condone his actions....call the police if you are feel so threatened.... If anyone at that Sykes compound fell endangered, why not call LE right then......It is simplistic to blame this all on everyone but Ron....surely the man has done something wrong in his lifetime?....Does the household have no phones with which to contact LE? No cell phones? Misty files against her brother for a Restraining Order the NEXT day...sounds like another plan was hatched to save Ron from his own poor judgment....


How do you KNOW what Hank Jr. was looking for? That statement is inflammatory and has NO basis in fact....

Have those photos surfaced yet that were supposed to be posted with the "injuries" of both Hank Jr. and Ronald? If so, I haven't seen them.

Neck braces remind me of people who are wanting to cash in on some accident or professed injury. It is almost impossible for a doctor to tell if there is a whiplash type of injury unless it involves the spine, imo. They cannot see the injury in an x-ray. This is one reason they are used so often for bogus cases, imo, as it is difficult to prove the injury does or does not exist.

My mother in law worked for workmen’s comp and neck and back
injuries are what most people use... and they are the easiest to fake!
You would be surprised how many people had these injuries and she would
find them water skiing, wake boarding, riding motorcycles etc.

injuries are what most people use... and they are the easiest to fake!
You would be surprised how many people had these injuries and she would
find them water skiing, wake boarding, riding motorcycles etc.

I very rarely post anymore but this needs to be clarified. These injuries are not that easy to fake these days. I have neck and back problems and know for a fact that the tense knotted muscles can be felt with an examination also there is the needle ( spelling for actual name ? ) test and it does show there are actual muscle spasms. I would think these tests would be required in any lawsuit.

I do not have a lawsuit against anyone but have had tests and they do show constant muscle spasms.

They are also afraid for RC to go to jail for anything. From what I observed, RC would never hold up in a cell...he is very immature and not able to hang with the big boys. It's kinda too bad that they both confirmed that he actually entered Tommy's car and kept hitting him. That there seems like the smoking gun......everyone agrees Ronald entered that car to keep hitting Tommy.

IMO, it is odd the no one at the Cummings home called LE. It doesn't seem as if they are hesitant to involve LE as we have seen multiple filed complaints between family members. In addition, Ron was very quick to assert his intention to involve LE in prosecuting the individuals whose allegations Geraldo quoted to him. So, how come all of a sudden, they don't want LE at their residence ?

The Croslin's, having left the property, stopped at a gas station/convenience store to make the call. At the time of the call, Hank2 said he wasn't hurt, but upon further time passing and letting the situation get some distance, complained of soreness and was examined at the hospital, where the attending physician felt it was warranted to issue him a neck brace, as a precaution if nothing else. I love how that has been twisted again and again as "faking" an injury. The brace isn't to keep him from moving his neck normally. It is to prevent a sudden move which could exascerbate an injury that may be present but which could heal with time.

The Croslins do not appear to be the type that would call LE for their own wrongdoing. They wanted RC removed from the house, because they thought Misty was in some sort of trouble. In their minds, if RC would got to jail, maybe Misty would see the light. Misty will remain there as long as she is comfortable, IMO. She may have tantrums now and then. AS knows how to handle that.

Is is just me or did Misty seem almost happy when they were leaving the jail?? I like the Youtube version of it best...you can hear the woman's comments and questions as they are getting into the car. Would love to be a lipreader so I could know what Ron was saying. I know this...Misty was there the night Haleigh disappeared. Ron to me seems like so many young punks that I've seen. Does that fact I don't care for him and he seems like a young punk mean he did something to Haleigh? Not necessarily but that doesn't change my opinion of him and other like him. I always call that type little boys thinking they are big men.

One thing another poster commented on and I have to agree.....once again Misty's right in the middle. And I swear she looked almost joyful on the way out of the jail.

Can you show me where this has been said?
I know he has a neck brace on but you can buy those at rite aid or walmart!
IMO I see his neck brace as $$ to him in his lawsuit.

Everything has been sent to the SA's office - including the complaints Ron filed. The SA's office will determine if there is enough of a case on anyone to proceed, or if the charges need to be amended, etc.
