Listen @ 1:35 on this jailhouse tape between Misty and Timmy. It is apparent to me that something is cut out of the tape around the 1:43 mark - but it pretty much confirmed to ME that Timmy does NOT know anything.
At 7:00 he speaks about visiting and states "He doesn't want the media to find out"

I have always said it is what Misty doesn't say that is interesting, too.
She has never pointed the finger at Timmy or Ron. Why is that? IMO it is because they are involved. I think Timmy helped that night, Chelsea is his alibi, she announced on NG he was knocked out on meds. yet I've also heard Timmy said Joe and the van were not at their home at 1 am when he got up. I think Joe is either completely innocent and was sleeping the whole night or he tagged along with Timmy when he got a call that Misty needed help and he went to help them.

I say JO is LE"s #1 suspect...this is based on every single player naming him. Apparently he has a bad history and has made some people afraid. At times, his eyes have a look I have seen before and frankly it is troublesome.

I hope he is not involved but it sure looks like he is, at least, according to everyone of the Croslins.

Well the Croslin's are liars. And it didn't seem to me LE is interested in Joe, and if they were, I think prosecutors would have cut a deal with Tommy.

I'm sure that LE has their list of suspects, in the order of who they suspect the most to the least. It wouldn't surprise me if Joe were at the top of their list because the Croslins have not just fingered him publically. His name comes up in their casual conversations on their phone calls at moments when they drop their guard about being recorded.

The problem seems to be that LE does not have enough concrete evidence to point to any one specific individual (or ones) which would allow them to press charges and make them stick. Testimony from any of the Croslins, even if true, would not be worth much because they have shown themselves to be such liars in the past. LE needs testimony from a credible witness, a confession, or irrefutable hard evidence. They may even have part of this, but not enough. I sure wish that LE would get that lucky break.

Levi. I am wondering where Amber was living when Misty was babysitting baby J******? As I am unaware of where Chelsea and Timmy were living during their tenure in PC and surrounding area, might be interesting to determine just when and where Misty and Ron met. Might well have been before the Jerry Santos comments from Hermit's Cove? (re the bus stop 15 will get you 20 (sic) ) Could Amber have lived near Timmy and Misty (we've all heard how Chelsea took her in) and could Ron have known Timmy before then? Just thinking it out here. Thanks

tommy's family and his parents were living in San Mateo on Sunglow. Naynay lived in San Mateo. I think Amber lived in San Mateo too. As of Nov/Dec 07, all the Croslings were in Flagler Beach/Bunnell. Somethime in 2008, hank moved to San Mateo with tommy.

LOL, is it just me that listening to Timmy or even reading Timmy on these jail videos immediately makes me think about one of Casey Anthony's statements to her friend "talking to you guys is just a waste, a total waste"?
