Ronald Speaks from Jail #1

Last night I watched for the umpteenth his interivew with NG on 03-16-09.They showed several closeups of him...The look in his eyes is pure evil....To be perfectly honest, it is scary as HELL-0...Something else I noticed, from some of his answers, he has been planning since the beginning to set up Misty to take the fall.. His mother too...Also, I agree with everything Pat Brown stated about him..JMO

Did Pat Brown call RC a psychopath? Is that what I heard? I think that term is thrown around a lot and it's not one I would have used to describe him, but she's the professional. Now if you look at him from that angle, it really is scary. I know darn good and well Pat Brown has voiced her opinions about RC in the past and I just find it hard to believe NG never got the memo. She truly looked shocked. I wonder if we'll see her again on NG (I certainly hope so).

If this has already been discussed, I apologize in advance! My question: Do any of you really think Ron might attempt suicide?? I'm not sure why he's on "suicide watch"- or if he still is- but I just can't picture him trying to harm himself. He seems way too egotistical and self-serving. I also agree w/previous posters who are taking his request (to Mommy) for a cross necklace with a huge grain-- no, make that BOULDER!!- of salt. RC claims he wants to "keep God close to [his] heart"??? Huh. He is, imo, sounding more and more desperate; all these lies and coverups and anger and now he has lost almost all ability to control situations/people. Behind bars, he is unable to "spin" his stories and spoon-feed his version(s) of events to the media; no wonder he was practically BEGGING that reporter to get him daily newspapers. And what about poor Junior? WHO is caring for him now- does anyone know? I'll bet those rusty wheels in his brain are trying to spin faster and faster as he sits... and sits... for hour upon HOUR, day upon day, trying to think of how he can minimize his drug charges so that it looks as if he was somehow trying to find out what happened to Haleigh as he counted out "roxies" and lortabs... But oh yeah! I "forgot," he already made it clear that he doesn't do drugs:liar: !! Didn't he have a CLUE that LE was watching him and Misty CLOSELY, like, 24-7?!! Did he think they had just decided he was uninvolved and given up the investigation? That maybe poor little Haleigh was already considered a "cold case"? Did RC ever CONSIDER that being a drug dealer or even in the same vehicle or home with known druggies/dealers just was not a good idea? Did he not realize how incredibly immoral, irresponsible and flat-out CRIMINAL it was to be caught with any illegal substance? (remember that it wasn't "possession", no, ole Ron chose to involve himself with trafficking of narcotics---TRAFFICKING!!!) Did he think the would win "Father-of-the-Year" in handcuffs, that his remaining child would be allowed to REMAIN in his custody after these new charges? He long ago showed how much he "valued" his kids' safety by choosing the criminally inept Misty Croslin to serve as surrogate mother for his babies while he was at work (and look what happened) and then he goes on to MARRY the "b*tch"!!! It's just one incredibly bad decision after another after... (you get the picture! sorry to get O/T by rambling)... This guy just honestly AMAZES me with the way he has CHOSEN to live his life; keep Junior AWAY from him, please, how much more damage (and, sadly, but probably, death) is he going to cause???:furious:

JMO, Ron is not the suicide type. He'd do the world a favor if he did off himself.

No, he's talking about killing whoever took Haleigh with his big, blustering ego. For some reason, he thinks that is what you say to make yourself look like the innocent, grieving father. What a jerk! It isn't a good idea to talk about killing anyone when you're sitting in jail yourself.

He knows darn well what happened to Haleigh. Keep him bragging and talking. He wants everybody to blame Misty, but it's Ron who they need to crack. Ron is ultimately to blame for whatever happened to Haleigh, IMHO..

Evidently losing one child didn't wake him up and incredibly, he goes on to traffic drugs. Yes, very bad decisions for a long time now it seems.

What do these decisions tell us? It tells me plenty about his character or lack thereof.

I don't look forward to breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
This is Ron saying listen this is important, you know those are my favorite times.

I look forward to after breakfast lunch and dinner, 'cause after breakfast lunch and dinner,

Here are the times I get to talk to the guy.

the one trustee has to come through here and pick up the trash. Well, they bring the trash right through the back door right past where I'm at, so he has to come right by me, so I get to see him for 3 minutes in the morning, 3 minutes in the afternoon, 3 minutes at night," said Cummings.

That tells them the trustee goes outside probably to a dumpster. Then the guy comes right by him, he could give him something.

It is all a big shout-out.

Can you give me a llink for this statement? I listened to the raw interview with Dana and didn't hear this.
Thanks,
Katharine

Ronald said the isolation sometimes gets under his skin. "You know what's bad? I don't look forward to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Well, they bring the trash right through the back door right past where I'm at, so he has to come right by me, so I get to see him for 3 minutes in the morning, 3 minutes in the afternoon, 3 minutes at night," said Cummings.

Kathy, I think we have only heard one of the phone calls the reporter has had with him. At the begining of that phone call we heard the reporter says something about now where were we.

I meant to comment on the suicide part. I do think he may be a suicide risk. I read a study years ago that said men are more likely to commit suicide when faced with, what seem like, insurmountable situations. According to the news interview, he already sounded pretty distressed being in that small jail cell for only a week (or it may have been only a few days at the time of the interview).

You know what this statement says to me? It says "here's where I'm at in the jail, right by the back door. The door is opened three times a day, and this is the time. There is the same guy who takes the garbage out, so you can probably contact him to help you out."

I am just naturally suspicious that he was sending out a message to someone. Who, I don't know. But that's what I took away from it all.

Misty doesn't mind sharing Ron, just her foodstamps-lol! Now I wonder how Ron got a hold of her foodstamps. I have to experience in this area-do you have to show id when using foodstamps?

Art made this comment on his website:

A friend of Misty told me about six weeks ago she ran into him in a grocery store in Palatka, where he was shopping with a girlfriend who was purportedly a stripper … She was fuming, not because of the girlfriend, but Misty spied him using her foodstamps to buy groceries for them.

You gotta admit twall.. Ronald sure knows how to turn on that charm..:puke:

What a weiner..whiner.. I mean "winner" ..any girl (stripper or not) would just be so proud to take home to meet the parents!

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Seriously, his new 'love interest' and their date consists of them going to the store where Ronald uses Misty's food stamps to buy then something to eat?..how romantic..:loser:

How does she get food stamps anyway? My son and his fiance (w/ 2 children) can't get them! Oh, that's right my son works..just doesn't make enough to make ends meet..Misty does "nothing" and from what she told the judge when asked how she lived,,,she said her parents...so shouldn't THEY be the ones getting foods stamps for her, IF anyone's going to...:furious:

Of course he wants the daily newspaper. Or anything else that can clue him into what the "others" are saying. He needs to know where he sits within this drug case. He believes if he can find out what the others are doing or saying, he can form his stories accordingly. It's always "help me, cover me" with Ronald.
I don't think Ronald even knows what the term "set back" means. jmo

I totally agree, but I'm praying like HELL-O he finds out real soon...JMO

Where are y'all drawing the conclusion that he was on suicide watch? There are many reasons to isolate certain jail inmates... threats of suicide is only one of them.
LE's objective right now is to keep Ron apart from Misty and Tommy and the rest of them, to see if their stories match up. He could be kept isolated from other inmates because of the threats he's made to kill whoever took Haleigh. Some joker with a warped sense of humor could crack a joke around him, and Ron would be on him like white on rice and choke him to death before the guards could intervene.
There is no way Ron would ever off himself.... other people, maybe, but he thinks too much of himself to deprive the rest of the world of his charm and good looks.

bbm~

He really is Em! Scary as He!! imo. I I've been around a lot of scary people in my lifetime and what I see in Ronald's eyes is what the drugs can't hide...nothing but contempt...empty, dark as steel.

Chills me to the bone and always has. The scariest thing about Ron to me is what I don't see...I see no soul...<<jmho and nothing more..

Shoegirl! I am SO glad to 'see you'! Hope all is well in your closet!

luvs ya chica..

BBM :)

IMO, these decisions that Ron has made for himself, tell me that the children WERE NOT his # 1 priority.

JMO, but one would think when you are in the media spotlight and are being watched, and you know the media is "all up in your personal business" that you should stay in your home and at the very least offer comfort to your 4 year old who is missing his sissy....

i also wonder why it is ok to have an interview while in jail.... Why is it ok to make as many phone call as you would like.... I thought when you went to jail basically your "rights" are gone.... guess i need to do a little more research.

Thanky! :blowkiss: I be a lurker now.

i was thinking about you yesterday, wondering where you were, hadn't seen you around.... i thought, well, maybe you just got lost in your closet.. :)

nice to see you again! :)
