I doubt misty or rc will talk. It is not in their best interest. If ron were not involved, he'd sing like a canary. He protects himself, first and foremost. Once they've lawyered up....that's it. Till LE can produce evidence, they have nothing and these two know it.
Yes, they can write to each other as inmates. They are allowed as much paper and pencils as they want. They pass notes all day long, using fish lines. The speed with which they can do it would dazzle you. Notes, cigs, drugs, whatever goes from cell to cell in the blink of an eye. It is like magic. Can hardly be seen with the human eye...as it is missed 90% of the time. Of course, first offenders have to learn the trick, but it doesn't take long. By the time you think you saw something, it is gone.
