Ronald Speaks from Jail #1

imo, RON saying that he would KILL whoever had his daughter or whoever did something to his daughter is all BS....

DOESN'T RON KNOW SUICIDE IS A SIN? just saying

I'm guessing Ron isn't too concerned with sinning. It seems to me he's been sinning a long time .. why stop now?

His entire concern throughout this entire mess is his hyperfocus on keeping jr with him. I always got the impression that EVERY single thing involving this case was scrutinized to make it look like he is an excellent father.

I wonder if he was brand new at having those children by himself. They may have always been basically living with GGMA. When he got this job at PDM, he may have wanted to prove that he could do it. If I am right, GGMA must be very angry at herself.

IHNI how her show works, but maybe she relies almost completely on her producers?

Plus, she might be over-compensating since she is being sued here in FL for allegedly being too hard on a victim's relative. IDK - just guessing FWIW.

If this is violating TOS, pls advise and/or delete.

:cheerful: Usually when Nancy is talking about her soft spot for Ronald, she references her personal reactions to, for instance, the (bogus) 911 call, or Ronald's (Academy-Award winning performance) bawling his eyes out in his driveway.

O/T: The Melinda Duckett case? I've still got the tape of that show. If I were a juror on Nancy's case, I would vote in Nancy's favor. "Not Guilty."

I don't want to wander to far away from topic but the way I see his behavior is manipulative. I also believe his mother is the same way...kind of learned behavior. He controlled misty through buying her things (misty loves people to indulge her). misty did not have money to be any mastermind of a drug business....neither did he. Perhaps he got a windfall or donations to indulge himself and misty since last February..but they both have the "instant gratification" bug. He had to be financing her purchasing of drugs, imo.

Tn is now going to control rc and rc needs something to control. We will wait and watch what he does. He is lashing out right now..let's see where this goes. When he loses control of everything, it will get interesting.

Interesting math, Beatrice. I'm afraid this is more like calculus or trigonometry than simple addition.

j/k - I never have been able to grasp Calc or Trig... or Ron & Misty or the rest of the peeps in this case.

Anyone know the reporter today? I liked the way he handled the whole interview. I noticed on the first day of the crime, there was a female reporter who was good also at getting him talking. Problem was his mother was right beside him to guide him and intervene for him.

Well, Tommy was getting along for his youthful years, happy and smoking weed. When misty met rc, it looks like he moved up to the pain pills, imo. TC had never had an arrest for drugs either. Somewhere he found and got hooked on Roxys (says lindsy), just like misty.

When we find out how long she was hooked, we will have our answers to the supplier.

$8.00 a pill is what they charged...I thought $10.00; no inflation..hm. Bad economy, I suppose. Tells me that drugs are way to plentiful at that location. Lots of competition...Guess it's a Buyer's market.

It costs $10.00 a pill twenty years ago.. Things do cost less in Florida..

I think it pretty much depends on who's selling and who they are selling to. Giving pills away to "friends" in need or to a person in the process of looking for a new drug (upgrading or downgrading.. I suppose it depends on ones mindset ) give it to 'em free, they love it, they'll come back.. isn't unheard of. I have taken $5.00 for a pill during desperate times.. but also charged $40 for a pill to desperate people (I know, I know, what a scum bag!) It's been a few years now but I also recall it's often quite a bit cheaper if they buy in bulk or send their friends.. generating new business for the "dealer".

I'm thinking Misty and Ron aren't all that business savvy and their proceeds were most likely being chewed up or crushed up and snorted.. they probably charged very little over the amount of the actual cost of the prescription. What is also very common is people on medicaid and/or medicare are only charged like $5.00 for their monthly prescriptions so they turn around and sell half of it for like $50.00 then head on back to the doctor for another RX but a different drug class so the insurance will pick it up again. Sadly, lots of elderly people are selling their rx's too, to try and make ends meet and they have no idea what they should be charging for 'em... or their grown children are stealing their pills and selling them.

It's a bad scene all the way around. I hate drugs! :furious:

So roxies work immediately and oxies are sustained capsules. same drug...

The capsule, I guess will be opened and mixed then to get the high faster..can't imagin ron and misty waiting for a long slow medium high.

I dunno, that whole thing bugs me because she attacked that woman (rightfully so, IMO) yet she let's these people come on her show and lie, avoid and refuse to answer questions that she woulda been jumping all over anyone else about. Makes no sense to me.

I just signed in to close the thread and you guys are still chatting about the show so I'll leave it open until later.

Carry on. :blowkiss:

You are so nice! :blowkiss:

Ron's interview transcript:

"How do you grow up in the shadow of a guy - I want to talk about HaLeigh in a second - but how do you grow up in the shadow of a guy who really is a legend in his own mind?", RC

"I intend to explode the myths about myself and get down to the real truth about the legend that is Ron", RC.

"I can't be a legend yet. I'm not dead", RC.

Whoaa

I think the reporter in the jailhouse interview is Dana Treen.

I think it is d@#m sad that our elders don't get the $5.00 co-pay. It costs elders hundreds of dollars to fill their prescription and these young people collecting are getting theirs for a pitiful co-pay of five dollars. My aunt died; she couldn't afford her meds and kept trying to cut back on them because of the costs. It isn't right.

Ron just seems a little too resigned to go off to prison..somethings wrong here

Not personally. lol - believe it or not ;)

Treen has been a reporter for Fla Times-Union for a long, long time. I think the female reporter who did the falling on the ground interview the first day was Laura Mazzeo of WJXT/news4jax.

I really liked the camera guy on that 1st video - zoomed right in on her hand on his thigh [kinda like G&CA and the Peters-Smiths], and then really zeroed in on the cell phone ringing and neither Ron nor Teresa even checking to see who was calling. [Kinda like Scott Peterson.]

Wow - this was all kinda obvious from Day 1.

Would it be wrong for LE to give RC his own "special" copy of the newspaper with his interview and some articles that are about what we wish the other players were saying?
