Okay, this is as a far out as it gets with conspiracy theories but do you think Curtis Jackson is related to Douglas Jackson?

Rosalie Bolin has had a very public feud with Michael Lambrix (another death row inmate) she even wrote a blog about him and his "lies" which is still available to be read at her blog site. Rosalie Bolin has corresponded with a former death row inmate, Douglas Jackson, in an attempt to expose alleged lies by Michael Lambrix.

I wonder if that motion to get rid of Baez was not some attempt to further delay/derail the trial.

I would really, really like to know if these Jackson men are related or have any history between them or if both have a connection to Ms Bolin?

Hillsborough Circuit Judge Barbara Fleischer sentenced Bolin to life in prison Tuesday. The sentence was a relief for Holley's half-sister, Anita Holley, who was outraged by the jury's verdict Friday. A day before Bolin was sentenced, she delivered a vitriolic tirade against him, calling him a "poisonous insect" and a "gold mine of human obscenity" worthy of extermination. She also had a few choice words for his wife, Rosalie Bolin, a capital punishment mitigation expert who married the death row inmate.

I think most of us have been trying to figure out who she was and why she was on the team. I'm so glad the Judge made Baez come out in open court and state publicly who she is.

It does ring a bell, and it possibly could have been her husband Oscar Bolin, it might have been one of the death penalty motions by Lyon or Finnell. Going by an old ws thread on Bolin he seems to have got out of one death penalty but had a couple of other death penalties hanging over him.
