GAAAAHHHH-I didn't know such a site existed. Hey, I want that CHARLES MANSON UNFINISHED PORTION OF HIS BURRITO FROM THE PRISON VISITING ROOM. Anyone willing to chip in $450.00?

OMG (and sorry to get OT).

Carry on.

Mel

:yuck: I noticed a few items from Darlie Routier, too.

So in this recent case filing...http://www.miami-criminal-lawyer.net/caselaw/2011/02/07/criminal-specialist-investigations-inc-v-state-of-florida/

OMG....so this is the motivation of Rosalie Bolin...IMO.

Dubose was eligible for the death penalty, and his private court-appointed counsel hired Bolin to assist in the preparation for the penalty phase of his case, which the trial judge found was one of the most unusual and extraordinary cases he had presided over. Over the course of the case, the trial court approved several motions for mitigation coordinator fees. After the penalty phase was complete, and Dubose had been sentenced to life imprisonment, defense counsel filed an Amended Fourth and Final Ex-Parte Motion for Authorization to Incur Additional Mitigation Coordinator Fees. In the amended motion, defense counsel opined that the favorable verdict of life imprisonment was due largely to Bolin’s work on the case. He described Bolin’s role as “instrumental” and provided some detail about her work. Additionally, an itemized bill was attached to the motion, and counsel alleged that the Justice Administrative Commission (“JAC”) had no objection to the payment of the fees requested.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... KC gets LWOP then Rosalie Bolin will try to charge for fees outside of what was approved prior to services rendered.

I am now wondering if the background of this "mitigation specialist" is EXACTLY why Baez kept her involvement a "secret" UNTIL after jury selection began.

All called jurors have been admonished to NOT read news, internet, etc...so this "breaking news" of her involvement (and history) shouldn't be known to them, thereby possibly tainting their impression of the defense team....

Hmmmm
can you imagine what they will think when they find out about this AFTER the trial is over??? that this important weight they were supposed to give to the penalty phase was provided by a woman married to a serial killer on death row??

those poor jurors!

I got to this thread a little late but I had a few comments:

1) wow... she makes me sick

2) remember all those status hearings when they asked for more funds for their private investigator? Guess what the business she owns (one of you linked it) well that is what it is described as. I am guessing she has been the private investigator.

3) in the first or second article linked in this thread she said in a direct quote that murderers do not need to be executed.. they need to be STUDIED

4)as pertains to 3^ well thank you Miss Bolin. I completely understand your motivation now for what you do and why you chose to ditch your four little girls who needed you to marry a man who took away life from countless women (they say he may be responsible for more)

moo

((please pass eyeball bleach and extra large barf bag... not the little airplane kind)))

oh and ps: yes it is OBVIOUS why you are in court with Casey Anthony. Glaringly so.

I need to stop visiting this thread because every time I do I get more and more enraged - and sick. And I mean that quite literally.

Not only has Baez and his team made a mockery of this case and the system as a whole, he's connived numerous ways for him and his disgusting cronies to profit, IMO. It's all about the $$ and the big payoff for everyone in the end.

Well, Mr. Baez and associates, have no fear...there most definitely WILL be a payoff. There's a special place in hell reserved for the likes of you.

IMO, of course.

Off to take a walk and lower my BP...

Of note...

Rosalie's former husband was Victor D. Martinez....

When I searched his lawfirm......I found that a Victor J. Martinez M.D. J.D. is also a partner.

I can only assume that this is Rosalie's wx brother in law, FIL, or some relative.
Take a Gander at his profile..

Dr. Martinez is currently Of Counsel to Victor D. Martinez, P.A. He brings his medical and legal expertise to assist in Forensic Issues facing clients at Victor D. Martinez, P.A.

Dr. Martinez was instrumental, on behlaf of our client, in identifying the synergistic effects of multiple prescription medications and acquiring the appropriate expert to prove to the jury a lack of criminal intent. This was essential in the acquittal of our client.

Dr. Martinez routinely assists in establishing medical and psychiatric mitigating circumstances. With his expertise in forensic evidence and ability to procure the appropriate expert witness, Dr. Martinez has enabled Victor D. Martinez, P.A. to effectively obtain mitigating evidence in cases involving issues such as Insanity, Competency, Bi-Polar illness, Drug Addiction/Dependency and Motions for Downward Departures for early release for inmates based on the client's medical condition.

Mr. Martinez has always been dedicated to the protection and preservation of an individual's constitutional right to a fair trial and to the effective assistance of counsel. His efforts to end Government over-reaching and unfair and over-zealous prosecutions have been issues that he has been passionate about since law school.

They are crooked, the whole lot of them.

I just read this thread for the first time last night and am so sickened by it all.

Makes you wonder what notes from the defense table Rosalie will try to auction off doesn't it???? Will we see KC tissues, paper cups, and pens????

Love your humor, but it's your mind I love more. Thanks for finding that site. You're right, this could really happen.

Next.... Satan, Hitler, BinLaden, The Grinch, and some aliens will walk in on the DT side. WHAT IS UP with these people? First Baez- and that was bad enough, now Mason and his antics, this Bolin woman and her psycho-life, whats next? Lawyers dropping like flies on DT, good grief. Casey destroys what she touches and her grip is ever-reaching. Now all she's getting is bottom of the barrel folks like herself. Guess when you are a pig, it's comfortable to wallow with others just like yourself. JMO

I thought RB's FIL used to be a brain surgeon that later went into law. Did I get it right?

Elder Martinez must be in his seventies. After reviewing both of them, I see nothing about ANY psychiatric training. Did I miss something???
