Rosie will not return to "The View"

Gayle had her own talk show, briefly, a few years ago. She's sweet and all, but she's just blah when it comes to interviewing someone. IMO, she doesn't seem like she would ask hard questions if/when the situation calls for it.

Since it seems the View has gone back to its light and fluffy format, she'd fit in great now.

I think she would fit in on the View too, if it stays light and fluffy! lol I love that description.

I really can't see Rosie doing tpir. The spotlight is on the contestants - Rosie likes to be the center of attention. I just don't see how it could work.

I think she'd be good at tpir, but considering how I can't stand her big mouth...I'd never watch the show again.

Well....I don't watch the show anyways so let's just say I sure wouldn't start if she was there.:snooty:

Latest today is that Bob Barker said he did not endorse Rosie. Says he only said he thinks she could do it.

Rosie says:

"O’Donnell said on her blog that she plans to meet with the “Price” representatives this week and that she “sure would” accept the job if offered."

w00t! She changed her mind!

"Rosie O'Donnell says she's out of the running to replace Bob Barker as host of "The Price Is Right."
O'Donnell, a superfan of the CBS game show, said on her blog Friday that she had a "nice lunch" with the show's producers.
Barker, 83, retired earlier this month after 35 years with the show, which is filmed in Los Angeles.
Although O'Donnell has said she would love to fill Barker's shoes, the 45-year-old comedian has changed her mind.

Thank God--Rosie on the price is right would've been a disaster--I don't even watch the show, actually I have never watched it, but I don't wanna even see her while flipping the channels--looks like Drew Carey may be in the running now--He's a much better choice than Mario Lopez although "J. Peterman" from Seinfeld would be a good choice too

You're quite welcome. I am also a TPIR junkie and will miss Bob...and I would have been severly upset had she taken over as host.

Or maybe...someone changed her mind for her and allowed her to "save face".

Rosie's Daughter -- Child Soldier?

The strenuously anti-war Rosie O'Donnell just took her message to a completely different level, dressing her 4-year-old daughter Vivienne in an ammo belt and fatigues in a photo on the top of her blog at Rosie.com

That is TOTALLY messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i CAN'T BELIEVE SHE DID THAT! I'm ticked!
