If you are searching by Mother's name it is not Meg that is a nickname. Margaret is how she is listed. FYI

Peliman did you happen to post on the other thread that Smith was residing in a halfway house? Please elaborate if you did.

I found a listing for the address he has down as his primary residence and it was recently sold, but the notation of the property says "other" rather than single family home as it usually is notated.

H. Howerton is the friend of jennifer B, that has given statements to the press and also appeared on NG with JB. In the videos she was the one in the green shirt. She lives very near Smith and the supermarket too.

I tried to find the daughter's name by the Mother's name and I can't find a name attached to Mom in databases.

I'm left with the impression that daughter may not have same last name as Mom.

Kat, I did ask about a halfway house before because I'd seen mention of a term that caught my eye. I was really asking about the prisoners dorm. I'd heard mention someone had visited the prisioners dorm to see a friend. (don't remember where)

I was curious about it's structuring (rules) and if it was a secured facility. I got lost when I realized the location was near the concrete plant and motel seven location. Looking at more info today it seems to serve both a internal prisoner base and out facility.

The Harbor Light sites in Macomb and Monroe offer an Office of Community Corrections (OCC) Residential Program. The program's length of service is up to 90 days and is appropriate for men and women with no pattern or criminal record of violent offenses. Clients are referred by the Community Corrections staff.

The Monroe Harbor Light offers two programs that specifically focus on the relationship between substance abuse and criminal behavior. The first is the In-Jail Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Program. This program provides men and women whose sentence in up to 6 months, 9 weeks of IOP treatment by a therapist who is trained in criminological behavior.

The second is the Monroe County Jail Inmate Dormitory program which allows men and women whose sentence is up to 6 months, 4 weeks of therapy and aftercare services that focus on changing the cognitive behavior that has led to the individual's life crime and substance abuse.

The Macomb Harbor Light offers a Relapse Intervention Program. This 12 day intensive residential treatment program is appropriate for men and women with no pattern or criminal record of violent offenses and who have successfully competed at least one prior treatment program

Hi nursebeme, two points of interest in the story I thought relavent. Roy has always been high on my list.

Instead of going back to prison, he was sent to the Ingham County Jail for 30 days, Cordell said. After his release, Kennedy was put on a GPS tether.

From a neighbor:

"They came by here twice," Taormina said. "They asked if I'd seen him. They told us they were trying to get information about where he was when the girl disappeared. I told them I know he's supposed to be living here, but he never comes here. usually stays down in Toledo."

Do we have a Toledo connection here?
