There were 3 or 4 dogs there...apparently its a stray. Poor thing
Well, somebody needs to rescue that dog...she certainly needs help !!!
Don't get me wrong, I feel very sad about this too (I'm not implying that's what you meant by that, just throwing it out there), I just have diverse (albeit sometimes misplaced) ways of dealing with it.LMBO! I love the humor that you add when we are feeling sad.
And I sure would love to hear some of the music you have written about this. I too love to write, to let my feelings flow.
I dont know what I am doing wrong to make things post before I hit the post button! grrrrr
It's not a "him"You can ship him to Denver, I'll take him in.
(OT, sorry) Doh! That reminds me of when I was at work a few months back and had to call one of our software developers in Texas... The name was Courtney, and I asked the receptionist to have HER call me when SHE gets back in the office. Imagine my surprise when she said, "Okay, I will have HIM call you back." Talk about a Maalox moment! :doh:It's not a "him"![]()

I may upload some of the music when it's done (usually takes a while, I tend to be a perfectionist). Not sure how many songs there will be, typically the harder something hits me (and no, I don't mean like a wrecking ball or the girlfriend with a rolling pin, like others have suggested lol), the more songs come out of it. So far, with this tragedy, I am up to 412.
Kidding!
Cheers...
I realize that you feel very sad about this all. I can see it in your posts. I just want you to know that I agree with other posters, that your humor comes in at a good time alot of times. We can only be sad so much. Positive statements, including joking is appreciated.
And this is why I would love to hear that music. I am sure it is your heart!
I really get into the feelings other people have. I am usually pretty "in tune" with them. (see, I can do it too! or can I? lol) although I couldnt carry a tune in a bucket if I tried.
Wait, Dad always said a pail had a bail and therefore it could be carried, but a bucket couldnt.
Sry... off topic. But that is kinda ok in this rumor/chat area, isnt it?
I've been daydreaming about all of us meeting in Weleetka to pay homage to the memory of these precious girls. It would be so awesome!
Thanks GS, I feel better nowI don't know keyboard you seem to hold your own on here pretty good with all of us...
Frog Was that a Turtle plate in the picture lower left ?
& If Vicky is still going out there or they haven't completely moved I think they are probably feeding the black pup right... i can not remember where it was told to us about the doggies Taylor had.
That's her! That's the doggie!
Who took this picture? Awwwwwwwwwwwwww! Is that Taylor's doggie?
I've been thinking recently, I kinda wish I could just drop everything right now and head out there... Wait a minute! There's a power plant in Red Rock, OK (not sure how far away that is from Weleetka) that uses my company's control systems. I wonder if I couldn't arrange a last-minute business trip and just make a little extra stop on the way home...Count me in!! I have no idea how to find the place but if anyone would ever be able to meet at the restaurant or something we could follow the locals out to the memorial. I would really like that if you all wouldn't mind me tagging along. We could take pics for the people who live too far away to join us. Just a thought.
There she is; shutterfly. You were the one that was gonna go out to Weleetka and do an investigation ya?
(We all talked you out of it).
Thats a sad looking little doggy. :-(
Could you do it on a weekend?I've been thinking recently, I kinda wish I could just drop everything right now and head out there... Wait a minute!
