I'm very impressed with this PC.

President Trump was awesome and VP Vance was equally good in letting Zelenskyy know that he has to change his attitude and negotiate in order to save his country. JMO.

Guess he's Europe's problem now. I predicted he would put in a show, Zelensky loves attention. He's not going to change. He was never going to sign a deal. Wonder how Europe will respond?

Fox News' chief political anchor Bert Baier has posted on X saying, external he's been told that his interview with Volodomyr Zelensky is still going ahead at 18:00 EST (23:00 GMT).

This is despite the Ukrainian president leaving the White House early.

Spanish prime minister Pedro Sánchez has joined the list of European leaders offering their support and solidarity to Ukraine after the clash between Trump, Vance and Zelenskyy.

He has just posted a social media update saying:

French president Emmanuel Macron highlighted that Russia is the aggressor, and Ukrainians are the aggressed people, when asked for his response to a clash between US president Donald Trump and Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

No mineral deals signed, White House confirms​

Not that we were in any doubt, but the White House has just confirmed that Trump and Zelenskyy did not sign a mineral deals during their talks today.

Trump has not ruled out an agreement, but not until Ukraine is ready to have a constructive conversation, a senior US official told Reuters.

Looks like this war may just keep on going with the resultant deaths and destruction continuing.

If Europe sends in troops and the Russians start killing them, I wonder how many will die before the citizens of those countries say enough is enough? JMO.

I don't think people whose focus is Trump's image care about Ukraine or Europe. I don't even know what to say any more. It's all so exhausting.

Trump's image is in the toilet. He could not have behaved worse if he tried.

Any war could end right away if the attacked country capitulated to the attacker. That is not the solution we're after.

"Zelensky loves attention" - Erm, I'm sure he would have much rather had that meeting behind closed doors, if you think he loves attention compared with the person he was conversing with I'm not quite sure what else to say.

Europe will respond by backing Ukraine to the hilt, they will not stop fighting, not while there is a single Russian soldier on their lands. Zelensky has made that clear.

US President Donald Trump on Friday said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could return for talks only when he is “ready for peace,” accusing him of disrespecting the United States during their White House meeting.

I don't think Zelenskyy wants a peaceful end to this war at this time. His next step could going to European countries and try to squeeze as much aid from them so the fighting will continue. JMO.

Zelensky started attacking US Obama, Trump and Biden immediately. He wants the United States to jump into the war to beat Putin. He's not interested in ending the war. He took complete control. Trump gave him a nice welcome and when it became his turn he unleashed. Even JD I tried to get him to stop.

Yes, I thought it was great. We finally have not only a strong President but also a very strong Vice President who are looking out for America's best interest while at the same time trying to save Ukrainian lives. JMO.
