In the proceedings of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kaliningrad Region there is a criminal case initiated on 26.07.2019 on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, on the fact of discovery on 26.06.2019 on the coast of the Baltic Sea, namely on a site with geographical coordinates of 54°56'38" north latitude and 20°17'46" east longitude, about 550 meters from the building of the Sobranie casino. located in the Yantarnaya gambling zone in the village of Kulikovo, Zelenogradsky District, Kaliningrad Region, in the direction of the village of Zaostrovie, Zelenogradsky District, Kaliningrad Region, a skeletonized corpse of an unidentified man. According to the conclusion of the medical forensic examination of the skeletonized corpse of an unidentified man, an injury characteristic of a gunshot wound was found on his skull.
According to expert studies, it was established that the skull belonged to a male, of a large Caucasian race, at the most probable biological age of 40-60 years. A verbal portrait was drawn up on the skull and a facial reconstruction was performed.
