Russian man killed by toilet brush

A man has died after apparently slipping in his bathroom and stabbing himself through the eye with the handle of a toilet brush. The 60-year-old, who has not been named, had to have his skull opened in a bid to remove the brush, which had embedded through his right eye. However, he died in hospital despite doctors’ attempts to save him.

Poor man. This is like something you would see in a Final Destination Movie and think it was far fetched.
