S.A. Concerned Defense will Sell Pics of Caylee's Remains

  • #181
The defense team has admittedly signed a non-disclosure agreement with an anonymous donor/person/persons/organization according to Dr. Baden's wife in an interview on Geraldo. LP stated early on that he was contacted initially by a third party and was also under non-disclosure agreement.

Now...we have some "substantial" profits appearing via the photos/video which is surrounding the defense team in some way.

I think this is what is so intriguing about this motion. Yes, the SA Office must know.

No doubt the state will do a forensic accounting of the A's very soon, if they haven't already. They don't need the A's permission to do it either.
That has been in the works for months over the donated funds.

well...I think that we all agree that the photos should not be sold! PERIOD!
That much I hope all can agree apon for Caylee's sake!

Her priviate moments should stay priviate!

Someone or something is paying for the D Team. I would think that would take a substantial amount, yes?

No significant family income, plus already behind in bills and house near foreclosure once already, plus donations have likely (finally) dried up... leads one to believe that there must be a new source of income to pay for the 'KC Carnage Committee'.

Every other dignity Caylee deserved was lied about, stolen and sold to date, why not take it just that one abhorrent step further?

I wouldn't put anything past the As. It now appears obvious that 1 or more of them were selling Caylee photos very shortly after her "kidnapping". Has anyone ever heard of this before? What grieving family thinks of doing this? Has anyone else ever known a family that didn't voluntarily give the press as many photos/videos etc of their kids for "FREE", just because they want the child found, not even thinking about money. Anyone else ever see a kidnapping victim's family selling pics to the press before the person was found before? I can't think of anything more disgraceful than what has happened to her pics and what they have been used for, to defend the person who killed her.

If it came from the D Team, I would be suspicious, but since it came from the SA, and this IS NOT the first time they've raised this concern, I am more inclined to accept this as fact.

The SA also raised this in December during the motion hearings addressing early release of the remains site to the D team, wherein the D team also argued to observe the first autopsy. IIRC correctly, at that time, Dr. Lee was subtly called out in that the SA stated (paraphrased here), "We don't want these pictures showing up on MSM in 24 hours."

We hear so very often, "Is there a link to LE verifying this?"

Yet, when the SA, which is the up-channel party responsible for pressing LE for enough proof, files a motion with very specific verbiage, we still get these arguments that it is unverified.

I respect those who want to discern media rumour from fact, but at the same time, I discount the opinions that perennially yearn for LE/SA verification so often, then denounce it when presented with it.

Boy, This case is heating up now. I feel some doc dumps, possible arrests, mudslinging, lawyering up, wow. Something is gonna happen. The SA has been very quiet, not many leaks to speak of, and the A's were quiet but will seep back in to the media soon if not arrested or they finally resign to find out the truth. Just feeling it. Should be hitting the fan hopefully with something big soon.

The pictures should never be for public viewing. No proceeds/monies should be accepted due to the death of anyone and especially not for Caylee.

I agree with everything you said, Potato!

Love ya, BP, but I can think of several things more disgraceful.

A cardboard box is currently at the top of my list.

And knowing the A fam reportedly spent time with her remains knowing this...yet not doing a thing about it.

(Of course...that is a whole other thread!)

If I remember correctly, when CA did the interview about not handing over the right hairbrush, she mentioned firing her PR guy because he had made money when they went on a network news show. She definitely stated she had not made any money and did not want anyone to profit from her missing grand daughter. I figured all along the Anthonys have been profiting from this case and now it has been stated that substancial monies have been made. Who else would have benefitied except the Anthonys? Neither have worked in over 6 months now and I would not be afraid to bet that neither one has any plans on EVER returning to work. Why work when they can make money from their dead grand daughter? I just hope and pray they are all charged with OJ so that if found guilty they won't be able to make a dime.

THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE...BUT IN THE ANTHONYS CASE...THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOUR BUTT IN JAIL!

If the second autopsy has not been done, then Casey has likely not relinquished her rights, the funeral home and the Anthony's would have not ability to change the status at this time.

If the Anthonys are made an offer, you bet your bippy they would sell them!

My concern is the obvious shakiness of the defense team. So far this case has not cost them anything except gas to see their one client and some paper and a secretary.

They could xray the bones if they care to but I don't think they are interested in that at all.
They would rather have the SA's work, than to invest any money into this case They recevied a good report that is favorable to them, why bother with an exam? This is a stall tactic. Apparently the stalling is not bothering the anthony family. No casket purchased? no Funeral planned?.. perhaps they are going to cremate and it doesn't matter how long Baez takes as far as they're concerned.

No...but they should certainly be screaming at the top of their lungs about it!! But nothing...

How dare Casey still hold Caylee as her "hostage".

It is obvious this family does not function on the same moral code as the rest of us do.
How many times have we been shocked, appalled and downright furious at the things they do? Expecting any change would be delusional on our part.

Agree, legally.

But, as a trained funeral director, even knowing the notoriety of this case, I think they might have to hold to their own professional standards and might have guised the recycled paper box in another vessel, i.e. something more befitting the deceased - had they been asked to by grieving grand-parents?

It would not have broken any rules, would it?

Maybe we should start a new poll: If you were the Funeral Director, would you have...

Poor Caylee, her death is paying for her mothers defense{Photo sales} what a crying shame

Do we know that the funeral director didn't do that for the benefit of the A's when they visited?

Actually, I would have to assume the remains are in the same container from the ME and are sealed at this point pending the second autopsy. I don't think anyone would be able to disrupt the "chain of evidence" until that time. (I could be wrong tho.)

Oh, but she is the Kidnapper. Why would she ever stop holding her hostage?
I have no doubts that anyone in this family would jump at the chance to make a profit from ANYTHING re Caylee.

I bet that the High Five between Lee and KC was "Absolutely" about the money they had just received from the shows. It was soon after the info was all over the news about the networks paying " Licensing Fees".
