Caylee is dead, why would she need a lawyer? :waitasec:
Exactly, the GAL is no longer an issue. Although, one of our former collegaues here was an advocate which I agreed with, prior to Caylee's remains being found.

I believe she would have had to authorize the release prior to it leaving the ME, to go to the Funeral Home in the first place. Just throwing this out there, but in a jailhouse interview, KC reminds LA that CA has POA; admittedly though, with regard to what, I do not know.
They usually launder them through Germany for some reason. If the court ordered them not to do it, they would go to jail if caught, but catching them is the problem. I hope they require a "guardian" in their presence. That would be my choice.

Hmmm..thanx. I wonder why Germany ?
Call me dense, but I'm not getting what you're trying to say at all. I gave my opinion that the A's probably did sit with Caylee's remains. I did not state it as fact. It's been stated as fact on this thread that the SA is accusing the A's of selling photos. That is not correct.
I know most posters here would find this hard to believe, but my intent is actually not to defend the A's, it's to defend the facts. So much of what get's said in the media ends up twisted beyond all recognition on this forum, and always against the Anthonys. I try to get people to see what was actually said, not what someone has turned it into after applying their own bias - either pro or con anyone.
I have attended a LOT of forensic lectures and seminars and I have NEVER seen any remains, bodies or anything else identified with a name. They are identified as a case number or number only.
The SA's concern is about Baez or the Anthonys selling them in my opinion.
Even selfish people want to please the people around them, for selfish reasons. I just happen to believe that in Casey's case, beyond the selfish reasons, lies an incredible need to feel loved and wanted and appreciated that drove Casey more than the pure selfishness of actions that got her what she wanted immediately, such as stealing. I believe her "best behavior" tactics are just such times. Those tactics look a lot like buying groceries and cooking dinners and doing laundry and cleaning apartments for her boyfriend du jour. Those tactics look a lot like making brownies and cooking stuff for bounty hunters and folks inside the house when she's first released. Those tactics look a lot like a model prisoner who sits alone in her cell making no waves whatsoever, demanding nothing, creating no scenes with guards in order to get more attention, not seeking any other outside attention but that given to her by her current source of concern: her lawyers.
shopping the sale of photos of caylee's bones? that actually made me laugh. i'll believe it when i see it.

Or their soul. Those tactics are pure manipulation. The only time Casey appears helpful is when she wants to help herself to something someone else owns....like their wallet.
I think they launder their money, set up fake businesses so it looks like they have a legit income.
Yes. Most posters would find this very hard to believe. This we can agree on! However, defending the facts is one thing and everything else is...well...not.
I defend the facts, too. Even when they are leaked to the press and are not presented via LE as some people seem to require...but they turn out to be exactly correct when they do come out. Rather like when people were saying Caylee was alive (which was based solely on fake/false sightings and outright lies) when the FBI clearly said they knew she was deceased. I based my information on facts instead of falling for the lies. It came out not twisted at all and without any distortion.
I don't see many things on this forum that are not based on facts. We find them via the press or they are found in other ways as this is the only way we have to figure things out. We can see with our own eyes what the A fam does. We listen. We don't take only the word of a reporter to surmise and figure out this family.
Defending people who don't deserve it to me is like spitting in the wind. It doesn't go anywhere fast.
An advocate for Caylee? Tell me more about this.

Yes. I still cannot get over comments in jail stating she could only help find her child effectively if she were bonded out. Made me ill how she played that card.
