S.B.T.C ... The real meaning ?

All the evidence points to Patsy.

S.B.T.C cannot be separted from Victory!
They were written together because they go together:
Saved By The Cross Victory!
In Hoc Signo Vinces
In this sign you will conquer

What.

In your opinion. What I see is a note that could not be matched to any one person. And simple things that were grabbed in the house to write a note.

I see the possibility of someone writing the note there to upset and make a point to the R's. But already having another plan. IT seems to me like a cat and mouse game.

We will give you false hope to think you can save her. But it is already too late.

' It is up to you now John! Victory! S.B.T.C ' This all carries a very personal theme-calling John by his 1st name and using an animated exclamation point...the author is imploring JR to join forces, IMO, and since I think PR wrote the note, it looks like the S.B.T.C, might be a personal acronym to go along with the personal theme...such as 'Single we're Broken Together we're Complete' . all moo.

Good one, otg.

Items buried w/JBR:

S scarf
B bracelet
T tiara
C cat

The list of possibilities goes on and on just as the author of the RN intended. However, as in the past, I currently hold the belief that it meant Saved By The Cross Victory! to the author of the RN.

That is one crazy coincidence. The implication kinda blows my mind.

The note is matched to Patsy.

Sorry but it is not. Not at all. There is no positive match to Patsy. There may be circumstantial evidence that you believe points to Patsy but there is no match to that note and Patsy. It would be easy if it was positively matched to her. But it has not been.

Yes it has.

You aren't Patsy.

I actually agree that the note was written by Patsy. It does match her handwriting, on numerous points.

As the note goes so goes the thing in the basement.

Not necessarily.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut I don't really feel like getting into that yet again, so I'll just say that I don't think writing the note definitively means PR was the one who did the murderin', she could have been covering up for someone else she didn't want to see go down. JMO.

beyond the opinions of those who analyzed the RN, her behavior afterward added additional credence to PR being the scribe: she tried to change her writing style (with varying degrees of success), which showed consciousness of guilt

behavior after the event is always examined because it is indicative of guilt or innocence. a jury uses behavior after the event in evaluating the strength of a prosecutor's case. lying and fleeing/attempting to flee after the event are commonly accepted as the greatest indicators of guilt. we have both of those in this case

I don't think the letters were just picked out of thin air. SBTC
When the 911 operator asked Patsy who had JB, didn't she say SBTC Victory or something like that?
That sure rolled off her tongue for not having read the full note and just looked at it and ran around calling for John and looking for JB.
It wasn't just a random choice of letters IMO. She remembered that way to fast just to have glanced at the note. She knew what it said.
Remember she didn't pick it up. No fingerprints.

Seems to me there's a real problem distinguishing between "reasonable doubt" and "unreasonable doubt."
