Sample Autopsy Report?

I am doing research for a (fictional) private investigator series and I need to have some sense of what an autopsy report looks like. Can anyone help describe one in detail or know of a way to find a copy of one used in a class or something? I thought of perusing textbooks as I imagine medical examiners have to learn how to complete one somewhere. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.
