His property was searched on the 17th by the same FBI dogs right before they went to JI's house and got their 'hit'. It is on the timeline thread and several different reporters were tweeting that day as to what part of the property they were searching and what was being reported as his car was searched according to tweets that day. Kris Ketz was one that was tweeting that day about the dogs at Phil's house, but I can't remember if he was one who was doing a play-by-play as to what they were searching.
