This is a crime if I ever saw one. In this article, it says that Saudi clerics have authorized the marriage of girls as young as 10. In one case, the petition of a mother trying to annul the arranged marriage of her 8 year old little girl to the child's father's 47 year old business associate, was dismissed but the judge did make the man sign a promise not to consummate the "marriage" until the child reaches puberty. Outrageous and sick.

Celebrate diversity.

Lol, not this kind of "diversity"! It's the kind of situation where contextual ethics simply does not work for me. Like female genital mutilation, the pratice of bride burning in India, "honor" killings and infant exposure. I don't care what a person's culture teaches them, these pratices are flat out wrong and should be viewed as universally wrong. Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!
