No update on this yet. I can only guess that are waiting on a ballistics test from that gun that was found in the GA arrest.

According to foxcarolina.com, the 2 who were caught in GA are charged with rendering assistance to a felon in relation to these murders. It puzzles me but I guess they won’t talk.

It remains a mystery but I figured they would get answers from the two they arrested. At the time, LE mentioned a gun being found in the car that these 2 were driving. I (wrongfully I guess) assumed they would match that up and game over.

The duo that are charged with aiding a felon were denied bond according to foxcarolina. The report reads like LE has some idea of a suspect but are tight lipped. They were charged with a stolen gun as well. It’s gotta be just a matter of time.

foxcarolina reports that a young lady named McKenzie Carey is charged with being the shooter. The others who were arrested are mentioned as being there but it’s unclear on how involved they are. I don’t know how to update the thread title.

If this is the right person it gives us hope that cases can be solved even after some time.
