Is the JRT on page 2 from the family that has been referenced here? If so, he would have been 16 and in high school at this time.

Excellent find. Per TOS we cannot sleuth him here, but that doesn't mean I can't on my own time. And with the charge being attempted murder? That's a pretty hefty charge and I think there may be something to this.

I'm not saying he is a suspect but I am saying his name is readily available in several news articles if you Google him. And I am saying that they state his home address and I'm saying that it is one we've seen before.

I have been thinking a lot since yesterday. I feel like they have her remains and just not disclosing it publicly. I think that's how they know she died brutally and is dead.
They either have her remains or video/photo of what happened.

My brother who used to work for the AG told me that he believes this as well (remains have been found).

I'm still torn about what I think.

I'm remembering the "friends" being at a party and then at least one of these "friends" went to jail for speeding and JO went and bailed the "friend" out. Male with an orange car. But I don't remember the date of this interaction. There's a video on YouTube that has much of this info. I'll see if I can track it down, if anybody is interested.

Unless the authorities presented Brittanee's family with an 'arrest will happen in coming days' type scenario, I can't imagine the family being ok to keep quiet if they have found her body but can't either report to other loved ones, nor let them have a funeral/memorial. Look at the distress that families go through if their loved one's remains are located and funerals are delayed because of testing and evidence collection.

I am strongly of the opinion that they do not have Brittanee's remains and that they do not know where they are. If they did, they would say so and/or they would be going to retrieve them. No way they would let her remains lay somewhere without going to get them or at least trying.

I do believe it is possible they know where they once were, but either they've since been removed to another location OR - in the case that she was either put into the river/ocean - know that they looked and cannot find her.

I cannot think of any reason to have her remains and not release that information, not even for the sake of the investigation.

If you search Charleston County arrest and use the same last name as the T's, there are interesting arrests involving Kidnapping, Trafficking, Criminal Sexual Conduct and open federal charges.

What are LE like in the town in question? I am talking about local LE. Has there ever been any question surrounding their performance--not in this or any investigation--but rather, their reputation for upholding the law, keeping the peace, not being in cahoots with shady types. I am not accusing, just curious about this as I am unfamiliar with the area and the public servants in charge there. I am only asking because there have been situations where no one talked because someone within LE or a family member of such person was involved. I am talking cover-up by LE.

Again, this is just a question not an accusation, asked only because such a thing is not unheard of.

I mean the missing persons report was filed (IIRC) in the middle of the night on the 25th into the 26th. When was it first reported on? IDK.

I wish we had more information. Hopefully in the next few weeks we will know more. I can't imagine the pain of knowing she died so brutal and tortured. My heart hurts for her family.
