This is confusing right now. She lives in MA?, was last seen in Charleston and found at suspects house 200 miles away in Spartanburg? Hope we get some answers soon.
A report from the Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger was released to The News Leader office this evening:
I regret to inform that my office has joined the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, SLED, Charleston City Police Department, and Charleston County Coroner’s Office for notification of families in a double death investigation in Spartanburg County at 704 Ohenry Drive, Inman, SC, on March 2, 2020.
Some are strictly factual but others will use that kind of language, "it is with our sincere condolences" or "our thoughts are with the family of _________." So, "I regret to inform..." isn't odd to me (if that's the part you're referring to).Post from a newspaper in the small town of Landrum, which is close to Inman. IMO, the wording in the Spartanburg Co. Coroner's statement is odd.

In Faye's case, the coroner fought back tears when she announced her autopsy results and prefaced it by saying her heart breaks for Faye's parents, they should never know such pain, etc.MOO
