Missing woman hasn't been seen in two months, Orangeburg County deputies say

Deputies say 23-year-old Cloe Williams, who was reported missing on Thursday, has not been seen in two months, according to family.

Investigators have learned Williams has frequented the Neeses and Cordova areas in Orangeburg County.

She's been out of jail since late Spring last year (time served on 3rd degree assault charges). Her date of birth can be found in the records under "associated cases" if you look at the 2023 case. That was her second assault and battery case, the others being for disorderly conduct, and breach of trust with fraudulent intent. These are Orangeburg county only, I didn't look at other counties other than where she was last reported seen.

Details of Disappearance​

Williams was last seen in Neeses, South Carolina sometime in December 2023. She was staying with an acquaintance at a residence on Frisco Lane. She has never been heard from again.

Williams was unemployed and didn't have a vehicle, identification or phone at the time of her disappearance. She kept in touch with her grandmother on a regular basis, contacting her at least every two weeks. Her family reported her missing on February 22, 2024. They described her as a quiet person who kept to herself; they don't believe she was dating anyone.

She frequented the Neeses and Cordova areas in Orangeburg County at the time of her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.
