November 10th, 1988 (age 28) arrested for failure to answer summons. $287.75 bond set. Madison County, Arkansas.

Thursday, August 17th, 1989 (age 29) loitering in a public place and failure to answer summons. Madison County, Arkansas.

Thursday, August 28th, 1990 (age 30) spent a day in jail for disturbing the peace. No address listed.

So by saying he was being transported by family does that mean he was just dropped off somewhere? Are they just now getting around to wondering about him? Why? Did someone die and there's money invilved?

Wow…I think you have maybe solved this one Ralyla. He last has contact with LE on Jan 7th ‘92 in Odessa TX and 2 days later on the 9th a person with the same name and age is deceased in Reeves TX which is right down the road from Odessa. I would hazard a guess that this is the same person.
