Very sad. I think we all knew it would end this way after they kept finding things little by little. I will pray for his family and friends. Such a tragic and senseless act from just another cowardice criminal.

Charleston County Coroner Rae Wooten said Bailey was shot several times and died instantly. She declined to specify how many times he was shot.

Oh poor Mr. Bailey! Just when you think it can't get worse it does. They have 5 in custody so hopefully its the right 5 and they will pay.

Walter Fayall pleaded guilty to the fatal shooting that happened during a routine traffic stop in Lincolnville. Investigators said Asia Prioleau was Fayall's girlfriend at the time. She was found guilty of kidnapping and accessory to murder in Bailey's death...

Asia Prioleau and Jerome Washington were found guilty of being an accessory to murder after the fact. Prioleau was sentenced to 15 years in prison while Washington was sentenced to 12... Asia O'Neill, charged with obstructing justice, was also denied parole Wednesday.

Walter Fayall, who pleaded guilty for the murder of S.C. State Constable Robert Bailey was sentenced to a mandatory life sentence with no chance of parole.
